Getting Started
- Plug the 3.5mm Microphone Cable into the 3.5mm headphone or dedicated microphone jack on your computer, smartphone, or stereo system. For devices like laptops that only have one 3.5mm port, the included 3.5mm Headphone can be used to connect the microphone and your speakers through a single input.
- If you use the microphone with a Windows computer to record your sound. please choose the “Listen to this device” option under “Record Devices” in the -Sounds” settings which can be accessed via Control Panel. Set the “Levels” of the microphone properties in your computer’s sound settings to the highest level.
- Use with video chat applications like Skype or with recording software to narrate create podcasts, or lay down smooth vocals.
LAPTOP OR PC INSTALLATION
If your laptop or PC has two 3.5mm port (Input & Output), then please connect the microphone plug to the input port (Mic interface).
If your device has only one 3.5mm port, please directly connect the microphone plug to AUX port.
Please find on your laptop or pc the interface marked mic usually it’s on the side of your laptop,and on the back of your pc.
PHONE,TABLET OR XBOX INSTALLATION
Connect the mic cable to the splitter cable – marked microphone then connect the splitter Jack to your phone or tablet,remove your phone case to make sure connections are secured and cables went all the way in
Note that the phone speaker will be muted when you connect the splitter to the phone you need to connect a speaker to your phone if you still need to hear any voice while recording.
WINDOW 7/8/10 INSTALLATION FOR 3.5MM
- Right click the voice icon on your windows(find it in the lower right side)
- click on recording devices
- Choose recording tab
- Click on the new microphone device,in case you plugged in the 3.5mm jack, you should see a mic jack device
- Click on set default
- Click properties
- Click on the levels tab
- Adjust the volume to the high-est.
- Adjust the boost to the lowest,depending on you 05,you might need to go to the custom tab and uncheck agc option.
- Click ok
- click ok
IOS INSTALLATION

TAB THE MIC FEW TIMES TO MAKESURE THE SOUND SOURCE IS FROM THE MIC ITSELF

INSERT YOUR MIC NOW USING THE ADAPTER.POPUP WINDOW WILL DISPLAY “EXTERNAL MIC WILL BE USED TO RECORD”. CLICK ON THE RED BUTTON TO START RECORDING

TAB THE MIC FEW TIMES TO MAKE SURE SOUND IS COMING FROM THE MIC.NOT THE PHONE

TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE
put the microphone in my PC/Laptop but there is no voice:
First,please check the jack on your pc, does it have a microphone icon or written mic on it? if yes, use only the mic(or microphone icon)jack in your pc. If you used others,i.e. Line-IN or stereo,this micro-phone cannot work because it requires phantom powe•
put the microphone in my PC/Laptop MIC jack but it is not picking up any voice:
Make sure you have set the microphone as the default recording device.please do the Following:
- Right click the volume icon and click on recording devices
- Locate your microphone from the list and click one time on it,then click set default button.
have buzzing sound:
You might have had the microphone boost set to its maximum levels. This microphone is a high sensitive condenser microphone, there is no need to boost it, please reduce the level or set it up to 0 (recemmended), to do so:
- Right click the volume icon and click on recording devices
- Locate your microphone from the list and double click onit
- On microphone properties,select levels,and under microphone boost,adjust the level to 0.
- If there was no microphone boost,go to custom tab, and uncheck AGC option.
