FEATURES
Auto-detection for ADF and Flatbed
The PL4080 is a 40 pages per minute duplex scanner combining an Automatic
Document Feeder (ADF) and flatbed unit with an up to 3000 pages per day duty
cycle. The Automatic Document Feeder allows you to scan up to 50 pages by
simply loading the feeder and pressing a button on the scanner. The flatbed
enables you to scan fragile documents or small items such as receipts or
business cards.
Complete Your Scanning with One Touch
SmartOffice PL4080 with three intelligent shortcut keys, scanning, PDF, and
Custom. Custom function keys can be freely set up to 7 groups of commonly used
functions such as Scan to PDF, scan to file, email, OCR text recognition
regardless of what kind of operation you can get a key, simplify your daily
work frequently repeated scans. This design not only greatly improves work
efficiency, but also reduces the user threshold, even for “Beginner” is
concerned can easily operate.
Compatible with most imaging
applications
Industry-standard TWAIN drivers combined with TIF, JPG, PDF, and Microsoft
Office file formats ensure compatibility with thousands of scanning and
imaging programs. Plustek OCR (Powered by ABBYY) is included* to easily create
and manage searchable PDFs at the touch of a button. Built-in image processing
ensures the highest image quality, reduces rescans, and increases OCR
accuracy.
