  • Examine the charger to verify the correct one is being used

    • The charger model number listed on the motor rating label and on the charger should be TL01C-105020U or RY105020US

    • If the charger is incorrect, a new one will need to be ordered

    • Be sure the charger is plugged into a functioning outlet

    • Machine must be in the OFF position while charging (Red light will be illuminated at all times when plugged in)

      • If the machine is on, it will not charge
      • To determine if machine is in OFF position, after being plugged in for at least 15 minutes, push the ON/OFF pedal – if machine turns on it was in the OFF position (push again to turn off & continue to charge)
      • If it does not turn on, then having pushed the ON/OFF pedal it is now in the OFF position and should begin to charge
    • Verify the dirt cup is securely placed into the machine

      • Press down on the machine to ensure it is in place
    • Charger should be warm at the outlet after being plugged in several minutes

      • If not, a new charger may need to be ordered
    • Check for lights

      • If no light when charging but the machine charges fully and works when turned on, please Contact Us
      • If the charging light won’t light and machine doesn’t charge, or lights up but doesn’t charge, please Contact Us
