Unplug the steam mop and remove the water filter
-
Water filter is located below the water tank
-
Firmly grasp sides of filter and pull outward
-
Inspect the filter for cracks
-
Examine rubber gasket for damage
-
If cracks/damage are found, a new filter needs to be ordered > Go to Parts & Supplies
-
Re-install filter
- Firmly push filter into place until it sits flush with machine
- There should be no gaps
- If the machine continues to leak > visit a BISSELL Authorized Service Center or Contact Us
