CAUTION
To avoid any hurt, please read this manual carefully before using it.
- For safety, purposes do not stand on the running belt while starting.
- Please stop immediately for any feeling of vomit、jerky during use.
- Please increase speed slowly if needed.
- Adjustment of the belt is prohibited during use.
- It is suggested to wear sports shoes when using the machine.
- Children、elder、pregnant women are prohibited to use the machine. Patients should refer to their doctors.
- Please clip the safety key on your clothing during use.
- Please firmly hold the hard bars during use.
SAFETY NOTICE
- Please put the machine on flat ground. It is unsuitable to put the machine in the following places:
- Outdoors. (The machine is specially designed for indoor use only)
- Slant ground or slant places on the balcony.
- Sunlight area or near heater.
- Big noisy places.
- The error may have appeared if the power is not stable. Please do not use the same socket together with the computer、air conditioner etc.
- It is suggested to wear sports shoes and a gym suit when using the machine.
- Please increase or decrease speed slowly.
- Be careful of children or other objects while folding and unfolding the machine.
- Do not put the machine near wet objects. The error may be caused by a water drop.
CAUTION DURING USE
- If you do not feel well before using, please consult with your doctor or coach.
- It is not our company’s responsibility for any improper use by users to cause body injured.
- Please pull up the plug after using it.
- Please pull out the plug for any movement or change parts for the machine.
- Children elders and pregnant women are prohibited to use the machine. Patients need a doctor’s consultant before using.
- Please place the machine in flat places. Do not locate any objects 2M behind the machine.
- Do not start the machine when it is folded.
- Water-drop is prohibited to run into the machine, especially to the motor, power line, and plug.
- Danger may cause if wearing a long dress or other unsuitable dresses during use.
- Enclose spaces, air-uncirculated places and with flammability, places are prohibited to use the machine.
- Do not put any objects on the machine.
- Put away the plug from a heated place or fire seat.
- Please switch off all functions and pull out the plug after use.
- Please do not stand directly on the belt while starting the machine.
- Do not disassemble the machine without the conduct of a professional person.
- Please make sure the running belt is fastened before using it.

Assembly Instruction
Open the package and take out the treadmill
Make sure there are no missing parts:
- 1 x treadmill
- 1 x accessory package
- Lift the tubes with a handrail
- Use short bolts (M816) and arc washers (M8) to fix the front of left & right upright tubes with the base frame. Then use short bolts (M816) and round washers (M8) to fix the side of left & right upright tubes with the base frame. Finally, use the fixed knob to fix the base frame. Unscrew the preset screws & washers at the top of the upright tubes, then lift the control panel.
- Use the above-preset screws & washers to fix the panel to the upright tubes.
- Unscrew the preset bolts at the inside of the left tube, and then use these 2 preset bolts to fix the stretch bolts seat to the inside of left tube.
- Put the safety key and finish the assembly.
Control Panel
- Press the “START” key, the machine will start by 0.5MPH after 3 seconds.
- Press the “+” key to speed up and the “-” key to slow down. The fastest speed is 6.5mph and the lowest is 0.5 MPH
- Press the “MODE” key, the screen will show Scan, Speed, Time, and Calories. And the scan light will light from speed, time, calories every 5 seconds.
- The panel has 12 programs from P1-P12. While on standby, press “PROG” to set the programs then press the “START” key to start the machine.
- While the machine is in use and running, the “PROG” key cannot available. If you need to change the auto program, please select it first when the machine is on standby.
- For emergency stop please pull off the safety key. The machine will stop very slowly. Pull off the safety key and the screen will show “Err” put it back it will show “OFF”.
- Press the “STOP” key to stop the machine after use.
Fold and Unfold
Fold:
Turn on the fixed knob then lift the running board. Pull out the stretch
knob, aimed at the platform then release the knob to fix the machine. Move the
machine.
Unfold:
Pull out the stretch knob then fall down the running board and fix the machine
with the fixed knob then use the machine after electrifying.
USAGE OF SILICONE OIL
Before you start the treadmill, please lubricate the running belt first. Pull up the running belt slightly, and apply silicone oil to the backside of the belt and the top surface of the running deck. Start the treadmill and keep it running for 3 minutes so that the oil spread and even out. It is necessary to maintain your treadmill every 30 working hours of the treadmill for optimal performance, which also helps extend the service life of parts.
Running belt Adjustment

Running belt deviates to left
Start the machine by speeding at 1.2-1.8mph without loading, and use an Allen wrench to turn the screw 1/4 circle clockwise (see fig1). Then make the machine run without loading for 1-2 minutes. Please adjust like this to make the belt till to mid-place. -
Running belt deviates to the right
Start the machine by speeding at 1.2-1.8mph without loading, and use an Allen wrench to turn the screw 1/4 circle clockwise (see fig2). Then make the machine run without loading for 1-2 minutes. Please adjust it like this to make the belt mid-place. -
Running belt logjam
If the running belt is in dead condition, use an Aleen wrench to make the screw 1/2 circle both left and right till this logjam is solved.
DAILY MAINTAINANCE
- Please disconnect the power before checking the machine or cleaning it.
- Clear the belt and dial plate after use, at least once a week.
- Check and tighten screws and spines at the fixing point.
- Do not hang clothes or other objects on the machine.
