INSTALLING A BANANA PLUG
- Cut the speaker wire evenly to the length you need, then slide a back-end cap onto the speaker wire.
- Slide a compression collar onto the speaker wire. Use the black collars for smaller (16-18) gauge wire or the white collars for larger (12-14) gauge wire.
- Slide the banana terminal plug onto the speaker wire so that the terminal’s center pin is firmly inserted into the speaker wire.
- Screw the banana terminal plug and back-end cap together tightly.
