2-YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
Coverage and Term
Victrix warrants that this product will be free from manufacturing defects for
two years from the original date of purchase. Manufacturing defects are those
defects in materials and/or workmanship, subject to final determination by
Victrix’s customer service department. This warranty applies only to original
purchasers with a valid proof of purchase from an authorized Victrix retailer
that clearly shows the date of purchase.
Exclusive Remedy and Exclusions
The exclusive remedy for valid claims will be the repair, replacement or
refund of the product. This warranty does not cover defects caused by
accidents, improper or abusive use of the product, unauthorized or improper
modifications, repairs, or handling.

Your Rights Under Applicable Law
This warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable
state, provincial or national laws governing the sale of consumer goods.
Additional Information for Australian Consumers
Victrix products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the
Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or retund for a
major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or
damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced it the
goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a
major tailure. The benefits given to you under our express warranty are in
addition to other rights and remedies you have under the Australian Consumer
Law and other laws.

WARNING BATTERY LEAKAGE
This product contains a rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack. Leakage of ingredients contained within the battery pack, or the combustion products of the ingredients, can cause persona injury as well as damage to your product. lf battery leakage occurs, avoid contact with skin. If contact occurs, immediately wash thoroughly with soap and water. If liquid leaking from eyes, immediately flush thoroughly with water and see a doctor.
To avoid battery leakage:
- Do not expose the battery to excessive physical shock, vibration, or liquids.
- Do not disassemble, attempt to repair, or deform the battery.
- Do not dispose of battery pack in a fire.
- Do not touch the terminals of the battery or cause a short between the terminals with a metal object.
- Do not peel or damage the battery label.
