GENERAL WARNINGS

All products are protected with suitable transport packaging.
The material must be stored in a dry place protected from the weather.
This instruction manual provides technical information for installing the kit. As for the other issues related to kit installation (e.g. safety in the workplace, environmental protection, accident prevention), it is necessary to comply with the provisions specified in the regulations in force and with the principles of good practice.
Improper installation or assembly of the appliance and/or components, accessories, kits and devices can cause unexpected problems for people, animals and objects. Read the instructions provided with the product carefully to ensure proper installation. Installation and maintenance must be performed in compliance with the regulations in force, according to the manufacturer’s instructions and by professionally qualified staff, meaning staff with specific technical skills in the plant sector, as envisioned by the law.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS.

  • The appliance is not suitable for children and must not be used as a toy.
  • Store or dispose of packaging materials in a childproof manner.
  • Do not disassemble the unit, it does not contain any user serviceable parts.

DESCRIPTION.

The RC130 serves as remote control with room temperature detection for the heatcon! system. The temporary desired temperature can be set using the + or – buttons. The RC 130 is integrated into the heatcon! system by means of addressing and can be assigned to a heatcon! EC and a room group (1 of  max. 5).

INSTALLATION.

INITIAL COMMISSIONING.

  1. Connect the heatcon! EC to the terminals (A/B) of the RC130 mounting base.
  2. After connecting the EC heatcon to the mains, connect the RC130 to the mounting base.
  3. The start-up display shows the unit type and the software version.
  4. After 5 s, and during initial commissioning, the assignment (addressing) must be set.VICTRIX 3.034120 V2 Zone Manager Kit - Fig 3Use the + and – buttons to assign the heatcon! EC and the room group. An RC 130 can only be assigned to one heatcon! EC and one room group. The entry is saved by pressing the Prog.
  5. then jump to the basic display.

BASIC DISPLAY.
The basic display shows the current desired temperature in the upper line and the actual temperature in the lower line.
+ AND – BUTTON.
Pressing the + or – key adjusts the desired temperature up or down.
During the adjustment, the desired temperature appears with a frame. After the setting has been transferred to the heatcon! EC, the frame disappears again.

DISPLAY.

Display Description
16,0°C (see figure 1 – top) Current room setpoint, change via +/-.
13,5°C (see figure 1 – bottom) Current room temperature.
Automatic mode heating, to comfort or economy temperature.
Heating (Party/Boost/Shower).
Automatic mode setback, according to setback temperature.
Setback ( go ).
Standby mode (standby/holiday), no room setpoint adjustment possible.
Weather-controlled summer shutdown.
Manual temporary room setpoint adjustment in automatic mode (magic wand).
Heating request active, provided a supply has been selected.
Cooling request active, provided a supply has been selected.
Error Fault message.

CHANGE OF ASSIGNMENT.

  1. If the assignment of the RC 130 is to be changed, remove the RC 130 briefly from the base and then plug it back in. The unit type and the software version are now displayed again.
  2. while displaying the unit type and software version, the control panel “Prog” must be kept pressed.
  3. After 5 seconds, the currently set assignment of the RC 130 is displayed. This can now be changed using the + or – keys according to the desired assignment. The entry is saved via the Prog.
