Product Overview
Basic Operation
For the first using, please fully charged the model M98
- 3.1 Power on: Long press MFB 3 seconds to power on
- 3.2 Power off: Long press MFB 3 seconds to power off
- 3.3 Pairing Mode: Make sure headset is in OFF state, press and hold the MFB button for about 6 seconds, until the indicator light alternates between blue and red, indicating that it is in pairing mode. If the headset never connected with any device before, just long press the MFB button for 3 seconds into pairing mode
- 3.4 Play / Pause: Short press MFB to play or pause when playing music
- 3.5 Answer / Hang up / Reject a call When call coming , short press MFB to answer or hang up a call, long press to reject a call 3.6 Audio Switching: When calling, Long press MFB 1 second to choose the audio from headset .
- 3.7 Redial the last call: Standby mode, double press MFB to redial the last call .
- 3.8 Voice dialing: Standby mode, long press MFB 1 second to start voice dialing
- 3.9 Next song: When playing music, long press Volume + to next song
- 3.10 Last song: When playing music, long press Volume – to Last song
- 3.11 Volume up: When playing music / calling, short press Volume + to control the volume up
- 3.12 Volume down: When playing music / calling, short press Volume -to control the volume down
- 3.13 Microphone Mute: When calling, short press Microphone mute key to mute, do again to cancel mute
Bluetooth Pairing and Connection
- Make sure the headset is in Off state, long press the MFB button for about 6 seconds, until the indicator light alternates between blue and red, indicating that it is in pairing mode. If the headset never connected with any device before, just long press the MFB button for 3 seconds to power on and into pairing mode
- Search and click to connect “M98″on the phone Bluetooth device lists , LED turns to Blue LED flash once every 10 seconds after connected , could playing music or making calls from the phone to the headset.
Multi Point Connection
- A. Follow El; & E2.) to connected with the first device (phone, PC, laptop etc) , turn off the Bluetooth function of the first device.
- B. Turn off the headset and turn on again to enter into pairing mode, search and click to connect “M98″on the second device (phone, PC, laptop etc.) Bluetooth device lists. LED turns to low Blue LED flash once every 10 seconds after connected.
- C. Turn on the Bluetooth function of the first device, research and reconnect M98 on it. The headset will connect with two devices after connected with the first one.
Notes:
Could only play music from one phone for multi point connection, need to stop one to play another.
Charging
Please charge M98 when it low battery with Red LED flash. Charging time about 2 hours with solid Red LED. Solid Blue LED when it full charged.
Connection for charging
Use charging cable to connect M98 and insert into USB charger (Car charger , power bank , computer USB etc) to charge the item
M98 How to use the charging stand
Please place the M98 on the charging base and contact it, Then connect to the charging port on the charging base through the Micro USB head of the Micro USB charging cable, USB head to USB charger (car charger, travel charger, computer USB, etc.)
Notes:
Please charge M98 at least once every two months when without use. Please use the original charging cable to charge the item.

Multi point connection
Could only play music from one phone for multi point connection, need to stop one to play another .
Automatic power off
M98 will automatic power off when unconnected with any devices in 10 minutes.
How to reconnect?
M98 will reconnect automatic with the paired devices when power on. If it can not reconnect automatically, please find the M98 in your Bluetooth device list and connect it manually.
How to delete the paired records?
In the power-on state,press and hold the volume “+” button and the volume “-” button at the same time for 5 seconds to clear the pairing record. When the indicator light flash in red and blue for once simultaneously ,then the pairing record has been cleared,and the headset will not be connected to the previously connected device automatically.Please try to clear the pairing record once there are any connection errors.
Password for connect?
Please try 0000 (four zero ), 8888 (four eight ), 1111 (four one), 1234 (one two three four) as password for connection when need for some devices.
Charging power supply?

When I power on the headset, the blue light flashes, what’s the problem?
Please check if the headset is in pairing mode. If yes, please try to pair it with your phone again. If no, please charge it for a while and then try again.
When I power on the headset, the blue light is on but there is no voice or music, what’s wrong?
Please check if your phone supports A2DP function. If yes, please check if your phone supports AVRCP function. If yes, please check if you have paired your phone successfully with this headset. If not, please reset your headset to factory default settings and then pair it with your phone again.
Why does my Bluetooth device disconnects automatically?
This may be caused by weak signal strength due to distance between Bluetooth devices or obstacles blocking signal path between them. In this case, move closer to the Bluetooth device or remove obstacles between them to restore signal strength; otherwise move away from these devices or turn off these devices to avoid interference. Or you can change the frequency of this device manually (Refer to manual).
