Basic Operation Functions
- Start: Plug the USB adapter into the computer and automatically start the device after the computer is powered on.
- Shutdown: Pull out the DG2 USB adapter to shut down the device. The blue indicator light is off.
- Pairing state: After the DG2 USB adapter is connected to the computer and the device is started, it will automatically enter the pairing state, and the blue indicator light will flash and the device will search for a nearby Bluetooth headset or Bluetooth speaker. (Note: Bluetooth speaker or headset needs to enter the pairing state)
- Reconnection: Reconnect the paired Bluetooth headset after re-plugging the USB adapter into the computer and then turning on the headset or plugging the USB adapter into the computer after the headset is turned on. The headset will be also reconnected by returning to the connection distance while it was disconnected beyond the connection distance.(Connected state: The blue indicator light is always on.)

Bluetooth Pairing and Connection

First use: Insert the DG2 adapter into the computer to power it on and start it, and then enter the pairing state(the blue indicator light flashes) and the computer will display as being set (Willful dongle)

Get the Bluetooth headset into the pairing state and try to get it close to DG2, and it will be automatically paired within about 30s (the blue indicator light of the adapter will be normally on after successful connection); if it has been paired, the Bluetooth headset will automatically reconnect the paired DG2 each time it is turned on.
Note: (If you want to connect another headset, it is recommended to unplug the adapter from the computer and then plug it and repeat the operation. Otherwise, it may take longer to connect to another headset.) -
When playing music or making calls on the computer, you can hear the music or make a normal call through the Bluetooth headset.

How to Re-connect?
It is recommended to plug the DG2 adapter into the computer and start up the computer and then turn on the Bluetooth headset. After the headset is powered on and under pairing mode, it will automatically reconnect to the DG2 adapter. ( Note: The headset has been connected to the DG2 adapter before) -
Under what circumstances does it shut down?
It will shut down when the DG2 adapter is pulled out from the computer. -
How to deal with exceptions, such as abnormal connections?
You can try to unplug the DG2 adapter and then plug it into the computer for reconnection, then turn off the headset and restart it, and let the headset reconnect the DG2 adapter. If the issue still exists, you can contact the manufacturer and the customer service personnel for technical help. -
Does it support the function of both Bluetooth devices when both Bluetooth devices are under pairing mode at the same time?
No, it can only support the function of one Bluetooth device at the same time. -
Which Bluetooth devices can the DG2 adapter work with?
It can work with any Bluetooth-enabled wireless headset or speakers. (headset&speakers only). -
Do you need to download Driver on your computer to pair with the DG2 adapter?
No, the Driver is not required. -
