IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

  1.  Read all instructions carefully before you use the appliance.

  2. Remove the packages and ensure that the appliance is undamaged. In case of doubt do not use the fan and contact with your supplier.

  3. Do not let children play with parts of the packages (such as plastic bags).

  4. Before plugging to the socket, check that if the voltage of your main supply matches the voltage marked on the rating label of the appliance.

  5. Before assembling or dismantling the fan, must sure that the fan is unplugged.

  6. Before unplugging the power cord, turn off the switch.

  7. Do not insert any object into the guard while the fan is operating .IT WILL CAUSE INJURY
    TO THE PERSON.

  8. The fan shall be used for temperate climates, do not use the fan at the high humidity area or dusty area. Do not use the fan where acid or alkali is stored.

  9. Do not hang any clothes on the fan guards.

  10. Do not use the fan outdoors.

  11.  Do not continuously to blow the baby or the patient directly for a long time.

  12. The appliance is not intended for use by young children or infirm persons without supervision.

  13. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

  14. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
    given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

ASSEMBLY METHOD

  • Please assemble correctly according to the following sequence.
  • Please keep the original packaging for future storage.

Assemble Base Plate

Assemble Rear Guard

  1. Remove the blade cap by turning clockwise and remove the clamping nut by turning
    anticlockwise.

  2. lnstall the rear guard by positioning onto the three pin on the front motor cover

  3. Secure the clamping nut in place by turning It clockwise.

Assemble Fan Blade

  1. lnsert the fan blade onto the motor shaft and align with pin.
  2. .Fit the blade cap onto the motor shaft by turning anticlockwise and fix it lightly

Assemble Front Guard

  1. .At the bottom of the guard ring loosen the clip screw and keep safe.
  2. .Open the locking clip
  3. Align the front and rear guard correctly.
  4. Position the top clip on the front guard with the top part of the rear guard
  5. Firmly press the guard ring onto the rear guard clicking in place all round
  6. Close the locking clip, replace and tighten the clip screw with a screwdriver.

Tilt Adjustment

The desk fans incorporate an angular tilt facility which can be adjusted by a control knob located on the fan pedestal underneath the motor housing. Loosen the control knob in anticlockwise
direction, then make the desired tilt adjustment, then tighten the control knob.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

  • Please check household voltage to ensure it matches the fan’s rated specification before using.
  • Please check if the power cord&plug damaged before using.
  • Please do not bend or pull the power cord to avoid poor contact.
  • Please turn off power supply before unplugged.
  • Please do not unplug the unit from power supply with your wet hand, then you are likely to get electronic shock.
  • Do not hang any clothes on the fan guard.
  • Incomplete assembly is not allowed to use.
  • Away from curtains&blinds.
  • The fan shall be used for tropical climate, do not use the fan at high humidity area or dusty area.Do not use the where acid or alkali is stored.
  • Do not insert any object into the fan guard while fan is operating.
  • It will cause injury to the person, especially for children.
  • Do not continuously to blow the baby or patient directly for a long time.
  • Do not spray any pesticide on the fan. It will cause color discoloration or damage.
  • Do not operate in the area where is full of obstacle.

MAINTENANCE

  • BEFORE MAITENANCE. REMOVE THE PLUG FROM THE SUPPLY SOCKET.
  • Do not let water get into the motor dunng the cleaning.
  • Use a soft damp cloth to clean the fan blade and the guards. and then dry them.
  • Do not use thinner, alcohol, or other chemical liquid to clean the fan

PRESERVATION

After maintenance, please follow the following steps to keep the fan stored.

  1.  Apply a few drops of lubricant on motor shaft to prevent from corrosion.
  2. Remove the oil or dirty stains from the body to prevent the fan from damage.
  3. Follow assembly instructions in reverse order, get the fan back to the carton and store the fan at dry place.
