- It is important to read this entire manual before assembling and using the equipment. Safe and effective use can only be achieved if the equipment is assembled, maintained and used properly.
- Before starting any exercise program you should consult your doctor to determine if you have any medical or physical conditions that could put your health and safety at risk, or prevent you from using the equipment properly. Your doctor’s advice is essential if you are taking medication that affects your heart rate, blood pressure, or cholesterol level.
- Be aware of your body’s signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health. Stop exercising if you experience any of the following symptoms: pain, tightness in your chest, irregular heartbeat, extreme shortness of breath, lightheadedness, dizziness, or feelings of nausea. If you do experience any of these conditions you should consult your doctor before continuing with your exercise program.
- Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is designed for adult use only.
- Use the equipment on a solid, flat-level surface with a protective cover for your floor or carpet. To ensure safety, the equipment should have at least 0.5 meters of free space all around it.
- Before using the equipment, check that the nuts and bolts are securely tightened. Always use the equipment as indicated. If you find any defective components while assembling or checking the equipment, or if you hear any unusual noises coming from the equipment during use, stop immediately. Do not use the equipment until the problem has been rectified.
- There are many functions of the computer, which value will show when using the equipment according to the amount of exercise, here warmly remind you that the value of heart pulse just gives you some reference.
- Wear suitable clothing while using the equipment. Avoid wearing loose clothing that may get caught in the equipment or that may restrict or prevent movement.
- This equipment is designed for indoor and family use only. Maximum weight of user: 100KG.
- Care must be taken when lifting or moving the equipment so as not to injure your back.

- The equipment is not suitable for therapeutic use.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP:1
Secure front stabilizer (12) and rear stabilizer (14) to main frame (01) with
bolt(17).arc washer (18) ,spring washer (20)and nut (19). Then fix it by
spanner(114).
STEP:2
- Connect sensor wire (105) with trunk wire (104) as the Figure 1; Connect Tension control (99) with Tension control wire (100) as the Figure 2; 1
- Insert the handlebar post (06)into main fram(01) fix them with bolt(60) washer(18)and spanner(114). arc nut(38) by spanner(114).
STEP:3
- Take out the pre-installed bolt (27). spring washer (20) and washer (28) from the handlebar post (06).
- Insert the swing rod (L) (03) and swing rod (R(04) to the left and right sides of the handlebar post (06) separately. Fix them with a bolt (27).spring washer (20). and washer (28) using the spanner (114); then attach end cap (31)
- Put the bolt(49) and wave washer (51) through the rear connector (08), rotate it counter-clockwise and secure it on the left of crank(72) by spanner (111).Then fix it clockwise with a spring washer (54) , nut (52), and spanner (113) as the picture . Finally, attach the end cap (55)
- Put the bolt(50) and wave washer (51) through the rear connector (08), rotate it clockwise, and secure it on the right of crank(72) by spanner (111). Then fix it counter-clockwise with a spring washer (54), nut (53), and spanner (113) as the picture.Finally, attach end cap (55).
STEP:4
Secure pedal (42) to connecting rod (02) with bolt (43), washer (40), and nut (41). Fasten it by spanner(113).
STEP:5
- insert and secure the handlebar (L)(09) to swing rod (L)(03) with bolt (56), arc washer (57) and nut (19). Fasten it by spanner(114).
- lnsert and secure handlebar (R)(04) to swing rod (R)(04) with bolt (56), arc washer (57) and nut (19). Fasten it by spanner(114).
STEP 6:
- Secure middle handlebar (07) to handlebar post (06) with bolt(24), spring washer (20) and arc washer (18), then fasten it by spanner(112).
- Remove the bolt (16) on the back of the computer, connect computer wire (103a) with trunk wire (104) , then secure computer (103) to the handlebar post (06) with bolt (16).
- insert handle pulse wire (108) into the hole on the back of the computer (103). The installation is completed.
TRAINING COMPUTER
BUTTONS
MODE
- Press this button to changeover the display or choose the window that needs to be set.
- In monitor status, hold this button for 3 seconds to reset all values to zero.
FUNCTIONS
- SCAN
- Press the MODE button until “SCAN”appears, the computer will rotate through all the 5 functions: Time, Speed, Distance, Calorie and pulse. Each display will be hold for 6seconds.
- SPEED
- Display instantaneous speed.
- TIME
- Count the total time from the exercise start to the end.
- DISTANCE
- Count the total distance from the exercise start to the end.
- CALORIES
- Count the total calories consumed from the exercise from start to end.
- PULSE (IF HAVE)
- Hold the pulse sensor and read your heart rate per minute.
- AUTO START/STOP
- Without any signal of exercise or operation for 4 minutes,the power will turn off automatically.
- Once receive an exercise or operation signal, the monitor will turn on automatically.
OPERATION
PULSE RATE(IF HAVE):
Remark: During the process of pulse measurement, because of the contact
jamming, the measurement value may be higher than the virtual pulse rate
during the first 2″”‘3 seconds, then will return to a normal level. The
measurement value cannot be regarded as the basis of medical treatment.
