Pairing with Door Chime

Turn on video doorbell before pairing with door chime
Video doorbell can be used with door chime (products already have been paired in factory). If you need to re-pair the chime please follow steps below:

1. Learning code pairing
   Press and hold “Set ” button for about 3 seconds, the door chime will make a chirping sound, press the video doorbell 2 times within 30 seconds. If door chime rings, the pairing is successful. If door chime does not ring, please press the video doorbell again until pairing is successful. For matching multiple video doorbell, please repeat the above operation.

2. Delete pairing
   Press and hold “Set” button about 10 seconds until the door chime rings two times. All pairing code will be deleted completely.

Download APP and Connect

Crorzar Home is available for both IOS and Android. Search the name “Crorzar Home” in App Store or scan the QR code to download the App.

Set Up Router
This device only supports 2.4GHZ wifi networks, not 5GHZ networks, please make sure you are connecting to the correct network or the camera will not connect.
WIFI password is not allowed to include special characters such as ~!@#$%^&*() etc. When configuring wifi for the device, the mobile phone and device should be near the router, which can speed up the configuration of device

Registration Process
Open the Crorzar Home App, click “Register”, read the “Privacy Policy” and click “Agree”. Input a legal and valid mobile phone number or email address, then click “Continue”. Enter the verification code you receive via email/text, then log in the App.

Connect

1. Click “Add Device” or “+” icon to add camera. Click “Smart Camera” >> “Smart Camera”

2. In “Add Device” interface, click “Next” icon, then enter WIFI name and password.
   Note：

   •  Camera only supports 2.4GHZ WIFI network.
   • WIFI name and password cannot exceed 24 digits.
   • Please make sure the indicator light is flashing quickly before entering into WIFI page. If not, please try to reset device. Make sure your phone is connected to the same wireless network the camera will use during pairing

3. Use video doorbell to scan the QR code on your mobile phone (please place the mobile phone QR code facing the video doorbell about 6-8 inches from the device until a sound is heard or the indicator light flashes blue). Then click “I Heard a Prompt” icon.

4. When connecting, please make sure your router, mobile phone and doorbell are as close as possible. When doorbell added successfully, you can click ” ” icon to Rename the doorbell.

Setting

In the “Smart Video Doorbell” interface, you can click ” ” icon to set the doorbell basic functions.

Battery Power Tip: The battery power and charging status can be checked in the APP “Smart Video Doorbell” interface.  indicates battery power status. indicates battery in charging status.

Share Device

In “Smart Video Doorbell” interface, you can click “Share
Device” icon, then chick “Add Sharing” icon and enter their
phone number or email to share the device.
Remark: Please tell shared members to download and register Crorzar Home App first.

 Remove Device

Remove device

1. Click the “Device” icon, it will show all the devices added on the App, long press on a device to remove it.
2. In “Smart Video Doorbell” interface, click” ” icon, and click “Remove Device” at the end of setting interface to remove it.

Remove shared device
If you don’t need to share the device, you can click the shared account, swipe left to click “Delete”, and no longer share the device.

Cloud Storage

If you want to use cloud storage, you can click “My” icon, then click “Basic Services” >> “Crorzar Cloud”, and click “Activate” in the next page.

How To Connect Doorbell with Google Assistant

1. Set up Google Assistant device
2. Power on the Google Assistant device (like Google Home or Google Next Hub etc.) and connect to same wi finetwork with doorbell camera.
3. Download and open the Google Home app, click “get started” icon and log in your google account, then finish the related setting as per instruction. 
4. . Connect Crorzar Home with Google Assistant
5. Click “+” icon in the upper left corner, then click “Set up device”, then click “Works with Google” .
6. Search and click “Crorzar Home” in the add devices, remove it to the room you need and finish the setting. 
7. Control the doorbell by Google Assistant
   After setting done, you can control your Crorzar Home doorbell by giving voice commands to Google Assistant. You can use “Ok Google” or “Hey Google” to wake up your Google Assistant device. For example, you can say “Ok, Google, show me the front door doorbell”.

How To Connect Doorbell with Alexa

1. Set up Alexa device
2. Power on the Alexa device (like Amazon Echo Show or Amazon Echo Spot etc.) and connect to same wi finetwork with doorbell camera.
3. Download and open the Amazon Alexa app, log in your Amazon account.
4. Click “devices” in the bottom side, select GROUP (e.g. LivingRoom) where you added the device, and you’ll see Alexa device in this group.
5. Connect Crorzar Home with Alexa
6. Click” “icon in the upper left corner, then click “Skills & Games”.
7.  Search and click ” Crorzar Home “, then click “ENABLE TO USE” and finish the setting.
8. Control the doorbell by Alexa
   After setting done, you can control your Crorzar Home doorbell by giving voice commands to Alexa. You can use “Ok Alexa” or “Hey Alexa” to wake up your Alexa device. For example, you can say “Ok Alexa, show me the front door doorbell”.

Product Installation

Before installation, please complete the operation as per user manual and place the doorbell in the installation location to test doorbell work well or not.
Note: Don’t install the doorbell on the metal door to avoid metal door shield the wi fisignal.

1. Doorbell Back Plate Installation
   • Double-sided tape installation:
   • Tear off the double-sided tapeon the doorbell back plate. 
   • Fix the doorbell back plate to the wall (make sure smooth & dust-free surface), and press about 30 seconds to fix it.
   • Screw installation:
   • Use the doorbell back plate to locate the hole,  drill the hole and fix the screw rubber plug to the  hole.
   • Fix the doorbell back plate with screws to  the rubber plug.
2. Power Cable Connection & Doorbell Installation
3. Connect and fix the power cable connector side to the transformer cable on the wall (Power Supply: AC&DC12-24V/1A). 
4. Fix the doorbell back plate with screws to the wall.
5. Fix the doorbell to the back plate (Fix top side first, then fix bottom side)
6. Fix the doorbell with an anti-theft screw in the bottom side.
7. Doorbell Disassembly
   Unscrew the anti-theft screw with screwdriver, then grab the doorbell and push it up to remove.

11. Functions

•   Two Way Audio When the visitor push the doorbell button, you will get a call notification. You can see and hear the visitor through the App.
• PIR Motion Detection Call notification will be sent to your phone APP when movement is detected.
• Share Device The doorbell can be shared with families and friends and they can also preview online.
• Record Record every moment using SD card storage or cloud storage.
• Night Vision Powerful night vision means no interruptions even in the night.

 FAQ

1. When does the doorbell need to be reset? And how to reset?
   It needs to be reset when the doorbell couldn’t work well normally or can’t be connected to the phone. You can use the screwdriver or other tooling to press the Reset hole for about 10 seconds to reset.

2. I cannot get the doorbell to connect. What do I do?
   Make sure you are connected with a 2.4GHz wifi network and are close to your wifi router, 5GHz wifi networks are not supported(they tend to have range issues).
   Make sure the wifi password is correct.
   Power off the doorbell and hold the reset button for 10 seconds to try again.

3. The doorbell video cannot be previewed properly?
   Check whether the network connection is strong at the doorbell location, if not, consider a wifi extender. If the network is strong at the doorbell, delete the doorbell, reset it, and add it again.
   How to change the doorbell network to another router? Remove the device on the APP and configure the device again.

4. Why can’t I receive the push message notification by phone APP?
   Please confirm that the APP is running properly and permissions are enabled.

5. Why doesn’t the device identify the SD card?
   Please insert the SD card before the doorbell is powered on. And make sure SD card is good and formatted as FAT32.
