Hunter HP100 Medium Tower Air Purifier
INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing the Hunter® Medium Tower Air Purifier! Since 1886,
Hunter® has innovated new and smarter ways to clean, circulate and condition
the air in your home. Hunter® air purifiers use:
True HEPA Filter: Rigorously tested, our True HEPA filter removes up to 99.97% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns in size including smoke, dust, pollen, pet hair and dander, mold spores and dust mites.
EcoSilve® Pre-Filter: The Pre-Filter uses silver nanotechnology to prevent the growth of microorganisms on the filter, including bacteria and viruses, and removes harmful VOCs (volatile organic compounds).
HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS
The internal fan pulls air into the air purifier which then passes through a 3 stage filtration process. First, the air reaches the EcoSilver® pre-filter where silver nanoparticles prevent the growth of microorganisms on the filter, including bacteria and viruses. The coconut carbon in the pre-filter also helps to remove harmful VOCs (volatile organic compounds) and household odors. The smaller particles that make it through the pre-filter are then captured by the True HEPA filter, which removes up to 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns.
