Function & Operation
Pairing Mode
The headset will automatically enter the pairing state when the headset is turned on, the red light flashes slowly, then turn on the phone settings, nter the Bluetooth device, refresh the Bluetooth, click the earbuds option, and wait for a few seconds to pair successfully.
Wearing Method and Guidance
Note: Hang the headset from the top of the ear to the bottom of the ear so that the battery hangs on the back of the ear, and at the same time embed the bottom of the Bluetooth host into the cochlea. Adjust the angle of the earphone to make it more comfortable to wear. Point the horn of the earphone at your ear canal. Make the sound clearer. Please note that it is not necessary to put the Bluetooth headset too close to the ear, so as not to block the microphone hole (at the bottom of the main unit) and not receive any sound.

Charging Method

The battery and the Bluetooth host are separate entities. Please charge the battery as shown in the figure when charging.

Troubleshooting
The Bluetooth headset signal is poor?
Bluetooth is a short – range wireless communication technology. The
international certification standard is 10 meters. Signal distance is a
visible, obstruction-free distance. In the state of interference with
obstacles, such as walls, human bodies, cabinets, plants, etc., the signal
distance is actually less than 10 meters. Among them, the human body
interferes the bluetooth signal the most. Therefore, for your use effect, we
recommend that you wear
the headset on the same side of the phone to achieve the best reception.
When a Bluetooth headset is paired with a mobile phone, the signal strength is influenced by each other. In most cases, the cell phone acts as the Bluetooth transmitter and the Bluetooth headset acts as the receiver. If the mobile phone bluetooth signal is not strong, then the signal received by the Bluetooth headset is also weak.
When using a Bluetooth headset, there are several common factors that affect the Bluetooth signal. Users should avoid the following factors when using a Bluetooth headset: human body barrier, wall barrier, and glass barrier, the phone RAM/ROM memory is running too large, the phone cache is too much, the phone WIFI interference, etc.
The Bluetooth headset cannot be paired or cannot be connected?
There are various reasons why bluetooth headphones cannot be paired or connected. Users should ensure the specific reasons before operation:
- Please check whether the headset has been turned on and entered the pairing state (red and blue lights flashing alternately). The battery is properly charged. If the battery is low, it will automatically shut down shortly after starting up.
- Please check whether the headset’s Bluetooth is connected to other Bluetooth headphones or other Bluetooth products. If yes, disconnect and delete all other Bluetooth devices. Then restart the phone’s Bluetooth function and search for matches
- (Android phone) Please check that the headset is properly connected to the phone. The connection items between Bluetooth headset and mobile phone include “mobile phone audio connection” (calling) and “multimedia audio connection” (listening to music). Please check whether these two items are connected well from the Bluetooth setting interface of mobile phone!
- The distance between bluetooth headset and mobile phone should not be too far.
- If the above steps do not solve the problem, please enable the bluetooth function of your phone and delete all previous paired Bluetooth devices. Then restart your Bluetooth headset and phone, and then connect the Bluetooth headset to the phone.
Can’t talk or listen to music on the Bluetooth headset?
- Please check whether the volume level of bluetooth headset is at the minimum level. If the volume is increased, you can talk and listen to music normally.
- (Android phone) Please check that the headset is properly connected to the phone. The connection items between Bluetooth headset and mobile phone include “mobile phone audio connection” (calling) and “multimedia audio connection” (listening to music). Please check whether these two items are connected well from the Bluetooth setting interface of mobile phone!
Listening to music loud but talking on the phone at a low volume? (Android)
When this Bluetooth headset is connected to an Android phone, the volume adjustment switch is set for the two connection configurations, “mobile phone audio connection” (calling) and “multimedia audio connection” (listening to music). When listening to music, users can adjust the volume of multimedia audio by using the volume button, and when talking, users can adjust the volume of mobile phone audio by using the volume button.
These two volume switches are adjusted separately and exist independently. Therefore, when the user is listening to music, No matter the volume is high or low, does not affect the user’s volume during a call. If you feel that you are in a low volume while make phone calls, please increase the headset and phone volume during phone call.
During a call, the other party feels that you are talking at a low volume or feel noisy?
- When wearing, adjust the earplug to the ear canal. It is not necessary to put the Bluetooth headset too close to the ear, so as to avoid the blockage of the microphone hole and receive no sound.
- Are you in a very noisy environment, such as a pedestrian street or a big road with people coming and going? Although the Bluetooth headset uses advanced noise reduction technology, when the user is in excessive noisy environment, the sound reception of the Bluetooth headset will have a certain impact. Therefore, if conditions permit, please try to use the Bluetooth headset in a quiet place.
Most of the abnormalities of the bluetooth headset can be solved by resetting!
When using a Bluetooth headset, the internal software sometimes makes errors. Such as: the main earphone or the secondary earphone alone no sound, no response to the button, listening to music or intermittent call, close range signal abnormal, no response to the voice control, unable to use wechat normally, etc. These exceptions can be resolved by restoring bits. - Please enable the Bluetooth function of your phone and delete or cancel all previous paired devices. Then restart your phone.

Built-in battery maintenance
