OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

The Massaging Heated Neck Rest has been designed for ease of operation. For your convenience, it operates on two sources of power: batteries and AC adapter.

BATTERY OPERATION

Batteries allow you to enjoy a portable massage, without heat, whenever you need it. Your massager requires 2 AA batteries (not included). To install batteries:

  1. Turn unit over and unzip fabric cover to expose battery compartment.
  2. Insert 2 AA batteries, per the positive (+) and negative (-) marks as indicated inside battery compartment.
  3. Zip fabric to close battery compartment and start enjoying your portable massager.
NOTE: Use only alkaline batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel cadmium) batteries. Remove the batteries if they are no longer functional or if unit is left unused for an extended period of time. Ensure the batteries are installed correctly with regard to polarity (+/-). Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation. Replace all batteries of a set at the same time. Remove used batteries promptly.

AC ADAPTER OPERATION

The provided AC adapter allows you to enjoy heat and massage in the comfort of your home or in the office. To use unit with AC adapter:

  2. Connect the power cord to the control panel.
  3. Plug AC adapter into a 120V outlet.
