Inspection and Operation Instructions

Please Note: This product is designed to hold an infant secured in a standard car seat and then strapped into the ISKM. Straps should be buckled at all times when in use. To minimize damage, straps should be buckled before closing and storing.

IMPORTANT. RETAIN FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. READ CAREFULLY.
You are responsible for the safe operation of this unit.

Inspection Instructions

  1. Open the ISKM unit. There are two support cables on each side of the base. Check that both wires are securely fastened to the metal legs. If cable(s) are broken, please contact Koala Kare Customer Service.

  2. Ensure the strap feeds through the strap holders on both sides. Straps should remain in holders when ISKM is folded and/or not in use.

  3. Check buckle to ensure it opens and closes properly. You will hear an audible click, indicating buckle is securely closed. If buckle is broken, please contact Koala Kare Customer Service.

  4. The nylon mesh is secured to the frame by two aluminum rods. The rods slide inside each end of the mesh and fit snugly against the retaining bar on the metal frame.

  5. Place both hands inside netting at either end. Apply downward pressure to ensure netting is secure. Look for tears and/or seam separation. If rods or mesh are damaged, please contact Koala Kare Customer Service.

Maintenance

Metal frame should be cleaned with a soft rag. Mesh netting is removable and machine washable. Wash in cold water and air dry.
