WELCOME
Dear Customer, thank you for purchasing this 257 fitness tracker! Please read the instructions provided in this manual to make the most of the product’s potential.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

When using this device, you must always apply the basic safety precautions listed below to reduce risks of accidents, electric shock, injury and fire.

  1. Turn off the device in the vicinity of chemical plants, petrol pumps and other places where explosive objects are present.
  2. When driving, do not look at the dial of your fitness tracker for too long, do not change settings or use any function that requires attention for an extended period of time.
  3. Turn off the device if you board an aero-plane and do not turn it on during the flight.
  4. Take great care when using the device near other devices such as pacemakers, hearing aids and other electro-medical systems which may be affected by interfe-rence from the radio signal of the mobile phone. S.
  5. Never disassemble the appliance yourself.
  6. Charge the battery in a well-ventilated area and keep it away from flammable and highly explosive sources.
  7. Do not obstruct the device’s power port and make sure that access is easy when using it.
  8. To avoid demagnetization, keep the device away from hard drives, credit cards and other items that operate with magnetic fields.
  9. Unless otherwise indicated in the manual, keep the device well away from liquids. If it falls into water, do not attempt to turn it on again before it is thoroughly dry and also make sure that there is no moisture inside.
  10. Do not use the device in extremely low or high-temperature environments. Never leave the device outdoors in direct sunlight, very humid or very dusty places.
  11. Do not use liquids or strong detergents to clean the device.

2.1 BATTERY WARNINGS

Do not expose the device to sources of heat and high temperatures (for example: do not leave it in a vehicle parked in the sun).
This product has a battery that, if not handled correctly, may even explode or catch fire. Attention: for models with a removable battery, if the battery is not inserted
correctly, it could explode. To avoid the battery exploding or catching fire, never attempt to open or repair it.
Do not disassemble, strike, puncture, short circuit or throw the battery into a fire.
Do not throw it into the water and do not expose it to temperatures above 60 °C. Do not attempt to replace the battery. Do not use sharp objects to remove the battery. Keep the battery well out of reach of children.

2.2 MEDICAL UNIT
The use of devices that transmit radio signals, such as mobile phones, may interfere with insufficiently protected medical devices. Consult a doctor or the manufacturer of the medical device to determine whether it is suitably protected against external radio signals. If any signs are present that prohibit the use of mobile phones, you must always observe them. Hospitals and other health care centres use devices that may be sensitive to external radio signals.

2.3 PACEMAKERS
Manufacturers of pacemakers recommend keeping a distance of at least 15 cm between a mobile phone and a pacemaker to avoid the risk of interference with the pacemaker.
These recommendations comply with in-dependent research and recommendations published by Wireless Technology Research (WTR). People with pacemakers:
absolutely must not carry the device in a chest pocket
must wear the device on the opposite side of the pacemaker to reduce the risk of interference If you think that there may be a risk of interference, turn the device off.

2.4 AREAS AT RISK OF EXPLOSION
Always switch off the device when in areas where there is a risk of explosion and obey all signs and instructions. The risk of explosion exists in places that include areas where machinery is normally switched off. Within such an area, sparks may cause an explosion or a fire that may result in personal injury or even death. Turn off the device at petrol service stations or near fuel pumps or garages.
Uphold applicable restrictions concerning the use of radio systems near places where fuel, chemicals or explosives are stored.
Areas at risk of explosion are often (but not always) clearly identified. This also applies to low decks (on ships), transport or storage of chemicals, vehicles
that use liquid fuel and areas where the air contains chemicals or metal particles (such as granules or dust).

2.5 THIS PRODUCT IS NOT A MEDICAL DE-VICE AND MUST BE USED WITH CAUTION
This device is not a medical device. No data collected nor any measurements taken can be used for diagnostic purposes or medical functions.
“Medical functions” mean prevention, monitoring, treatment and diagnosis of any pathology. The device is designed and intended solely and exclusively for fitness on an amateur basis.
Always consult a doctor before starting or modifying a training programme and also before using the device if you take light-sensitive medicines or suffer from one or more of the following diseases: specific cardiac or general pathologies, epilepsy or sensitivity to flashing lights, limited blood flow, predisposition or subjection to convulsions of various types, tendinitis. carpal tunnel syndrome or other disorders of the muscle-skeletal system.
You MUST immediately stop using the device if you feel tingling, burning, pain, drowsiness or limb stiffness while or after wearing it.

2.6 WARNINGS CONCERNING THE USE OF

THIS FITNESS TRACKER
This device is not a toy. In particular, it should never be inserted into the mouth, especially by children, to avoid swallowing and/or suffocation.
– The device should not be too tight when worn to allow air to circulate and must be removed from time to time.
– In the event of prolonged contact, the device may cause skin irritation in certain predisposed subjects. Stop using the device if itching. irritation, redness or swelling of the skin occurs.
– When driving and any other situation where distraction could cause situations of risk or danger, do not check the notifications shown on the display.

5.1 DOWNLOAD OF THE “GOWEARIT” APP
To set the time and use all its functions. the device must be linked with your smartphone using the specific GOWEARIT App. Before downloading, check the compatibility of the operating systems and the Blue-tooth protocol. To download the GOWE-ARIT App, go to www. power it site.com
where you will be redirected to Google Play or App Store. Follow the instructions in the user guide included in the package.

5.1 ALTERNATIVE APP DOWNLOAD
As an alternative to the Gowearit app, you may also use the FITCLOUDPRO app. To download this app, go to Google Play or App Store, search for “FitCloudPro” and follow the instructions provided in the user guide included in the package.

5.2 CHARGING THE DEVICE
Before starting, make sure that the battery is sufficiently charged; if necessary, recharge the device using the cable supplied. Use the connector with reference to the instructions provided below and connect the USB port to your computer (standard DC5V-500mA port) or USB charger (not supplied).

Be careful to connect the adapter and the device correctly. If the connection is incorrect, the device will not charge properly and overheating may also occur

5.3 PAIRING THE DEVICE
Before starting the app, make sure that the Bluetooth option is activated on your smartphone.
While searching for and pairing the device, press the screen for some time and activate the device (screen on).
Only when using the device for the first time, you will be prompted to register and then log in.
Go to the screen for the first device. Select Pairing after verifying the name of the device. Now follow the on-screen instructions until “device paired” is displayed.

USER GUIDE

6.1 MAIN MENU
This is the main interface of the bracelet. You can manage Bluetooth connection status. battery capacity information, time and date from this screen.
When the main interface status is active. press the 3S button for some time to start clock page selection. Click the key to scroll. then press the 3S key for some time and it will be set correctly.

6.2 STEPS MENU
From here you can access the bracelet steps menu. It displays the number of steps taken during the day. This information can also be viewed within the app once the tracker is connected and synchronized with the smartphone.

6.3 EXERCISE MENU
From here you can access the exercise menu. To access the sub-menus, press for 3 seconds.

6.3.1 TYPE OF EXERCISE MENU
There are several training modes, such as running, walking. etc. To choose a training mode, click the button to switch pages and press the target button for 3 seconds to
enter the training schedule for the selected mode. On the return page. Press the button for 3 seconds to return to the previous menu.

6.3.2 SPORT DETAIL
The tracker records steps, distance, calories and time separately for each training mode. as shown on the left. During training, press the button for 3 seconds to exit the current training model. At the end of the training session, data details will be synchronized with our app.

6.4 CALORIE CONSUMPTION MENU
Calories/energy consumed interface of the bracelet. The interface essentially displays the total number of calories consumed during the day. The contents can also be viewed in the mobile phone app once the tracker has been connected and synchronized.

6.5 DISTANCE MENU
Distance interface of the bracelet. The interlace essentially displays the total distance covered during the day. The contents can also be viewed in the mobile phone app once the tracker has been connected and synchronized.

6.6 SLEEP MENU
Bracelet sleeps analysis interface. The contents can also be viewed in the mobile phone app once the tracker has been connected and synchronized. No other settings are needed in order to activate this mode. The device automatically recognizes sleep and automatically switches to this mode after 20.00. When you wake up. it automatically displays the result obtained.

6.7 HEART RATE AND BLOOD OXYGEN LEVEL MENU
From here you can access the analysis of your heartbeat and blood oxygenation in-terface. The contents can also be viewed in the mobile phone app once the tracker has been connected and synchronized.
Measurements are sampled in real-time. The tracker will automatically stop measurements after 40 seconds and will vibrate once when the measurement stops. The same procedure applies to measure the blood oxygen level.

6.8 PRESSURE MEASUREMENT MENU
The analysis interface of your pressure. The contents can also be viewed in the mobile phone app once the tracker has been connected and synchronized. You should remain still while the measurement is being taken. Do not press the button to change the interface. When you change the interface. the tracker will stop taking measurements.

6.9 NOTIFICATIONS MENU
When the tracker is connected to the smartphone. you can receive notifications about incoming calls and messages. This function depends on the device connected and its operating system.

6.10 FIND YOUR SMARTPHONE MENU
The “find your smartphone” interface. Use this feature to track and find your smartphone. To try to find it. press the button until your phone emits a sound. Attention: The phone and tracker must be under Bluetooth coverage. otherwise, this mode cannot be used.

6.11 SWITCH OFF MENU
1. Press the button until on/off appears. Click the select button, select off and then press the button for 5 seconds to turn the tracker off: the interface will display “goodbye” and the device will vibrate quickly.
2. While switching off, the interface displays C92-xxx, with the Bluetooth symbol. This is the device’s Bluetooth ID number. It can be useful for checking which tracker the smartphone is connected to if several similar products are in use. Note: if switching off is not confirmed in the on/off interface. the device returns to the main menu after 5 seconds.

APP FUNCTION GUIDE

7.1 ACTIVITY LOG
Record daily activities. The app can be used to consult all activities performed. such as steps. distance and calorie consumption.

7.2 SLEEP MONITORING
The device automatically recognizes your status and monitors your light and deep sleep stages.

7.3 NOTIFICATIONS
Alarm, call alert. sedentary alert and other alerts (depending on the operating system) are notified by a slight vibration (no sound).

7.4. MOVEMENT MODE
The fitness tracker will alert you with a small vibration when the smartphone is out of Bluetooth range and does not communicate.

7.5 REMOTE SHOOTING MODE
In this mode. the fitness tracker can be used as a remote shutter button to take photos with the smartphone (if supported by the operating system).

7.6 HEART RATE MONITORING
The device monitors your heart rate and helps maintain appropriate levels of physical effort.
ATTENTION.
This is not a medical device and cannot be used (or any medical function The values measured should be conduct-red for purely amateur outposts.

7.7 MEMORY
Daily activities will be reset every day at midnight. The device can keep up to 7 days of data. After 7 days. this data is deleted. We recommended synchronizing the device at least once a day to keep data on the app.

DISPOSAL OF THE DEVICE (ENVIRONMENT)

At the end of the product’s useful lifespan, do not dispose of it with ordinary waste but deliver it to a waste collection centre for recycling of electrical and electronic devices in compliance with the WEEE directive 2012-19-EU.
The barred bin symbol on the product, user guide and/or box highlights this information.
Some of the materials used in the construction of the device can be recycled if delivered to a collection centre. Recycling certain parts or materials of products is an important contribution towards protecting the environment. Contact local authorities to check for collection centres in your local area. In any case, remove the battery before disposing of the device. Dispose of batteries in an environment-friendly manner in accordance with current regulations.

**CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Do not clean any part of the device with benzene, thinners or other chemicals since they may cause permanent damage to the
product (not covered by warranty).
If necessary, clean the device with a slightly damp cloth.
Keep the device away from naked flames, sources of heat, humid conditions or strong sunlight. DO NOT throw it into the water.

TROUBLE-SHOOTING

12.1 IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO FIND THE DEVICE DURING THE PAIRING PROCESS
Make sure that the smartphone’s Bluetooth function is activated and that its operating system is  Android 4.4 (or later) or iOS 7.1 (or later).  Make sure that the device is lost to the smartphone during pairing (from 0.5 metres up to a maximum of 10 metres). Make sure the device is sufficiently charged. Contact the technical support service if the problem arises even if all the conditions listed are met.

12.2 IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CONNECT THE

DEVICE WITH THE APP
First, try to deactivate and reactivate Bluetooth; it may sometimes be necessary to turn the smartphone off and on again.

12.3 RESET TO FACTORY VALUES
In Power off mode, press for 10 seconds to reset default factory values.

WARRANTY AND SERVICE

The device has a warranty of 24 months from the date indicated on the receipt or purchase slip. This warranty does not cover faults or defects caused by accidents, misuse, wear or neglect, light, tampering with the device or any other attempt to adjust or reopen by any third-party other than approved technicians. The warranty can be requested by returning the product to the retailer where the product was purchased or by contacting our customer service at [email protected] The manufacturer hereby declares that using this device does not require user registration or sending data to third parties. Data that is used or collected is rendered entirely anonymous and stored exclusively on the fitness tracker and smartphone.
In models where certain information is collected (e.g. heart rate, steps, etc.), this data is stored exclusively on the smartphone and can be deleted by the user at any time.
