Meaning of the LED light

The two LED lights on the back of the Liberty charger indicate the following:

  • Off: no charging
  • On: charging device(s)
  • Blinking: no charging / non-Qi device detected

A blinking light may indicate that one of the safety features is activated, such as Foreign Object Detection (FOD). FOD is an embedded safety mechanism that automatically stops charging if there is interference caused by a foreign object such as metal (e.g. coins, paperclips, bankcards). In this case, please remove any of these objects before charging.

Compatibility
The Liberty works with any device that supports Qi wireless charging and also with most lightweight cases (< 3 mm thick). Any cases with a metal lining or metal inside (e.g. magnets, bankcards, etc.) need to be removed before charging.

Usage of the power adapter
The Liberty comes with a US power adapter and two separate adapter attachments; one for EU and one for UK power sockets. If applicable, please adjust the power adapter for EU or UK sockets by adding the concerning attachment to the original US power adapter before connecting it to power.

Cleaning the glass surface (only applicable to ZENS Liberty Glass edition)
A microfiber cloth is included for cleaning the glass surface.
