Safety Precautions
When using this appliance, below safety precautions should always be followed.
- To prevent fire or shock hazard, DO NOT expose this appliance to rain or moisture.
- Dangerous high voltages are present inside this enclosure. To avoid electric shock, DO NOT open the enclosure, refer servicing to qualified personnel only.
- To protect against fire, electrical shock and injury to persons, do not immerse the unit, plug or cord in water or spray with liquids.
- The heater shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and no objects filled with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed near the product. Dry location use only.
- No naked flames sources, such as candles, should be placed on the product.
- Any ventilation holes should not be impeded by covering with items, such as newspaper, table paper, tablecloths, curtains etc. Slots and opening are provided for ventilation to ensure reliable operation of the product and to protect it from overheating. Never obstruct the air inlet and outlet. Do not use any object to cover this appliance.
- Only connect to a suitable AC 240V~50Hz mains wall outlet. Do not overload the wall outlet.

Always
- Always position the heater in accordance with the instructions.
- Always make sure the electrical socket is accessible and located adjacent to, but not above the heater.
- Always use a fireguard around the heater in the presence of Children, Animals or Elderly/ Persons with reduced/ impaired physical, sensory or metal capabilities in the absence if adequate supervision.
- Always turn the appliance OFF and unplug it from the mains wall outlet when it is not in use, when moving the appliance from one location to another and before cleaning.
Never
- Never leave the appliance unattended when it is in use. Never leave children unsupervised in a room where the heater is ON and unguarded.
- Never obstruct or cover the air outlet or force items into the heater openings, this could cause overheating and consequent risk of fire. Never insert or allow foreign objects to enter the air outlet as this may cause damage to the appliance.
- Never position or use the heater in the immediate vicinity of water, such as bathtub, shower, washbowls, swimming pool etc.
- Never use aerosols or steam cleaners on or around the heater.
- Never use the fan heater in rooms with explosive gas or while using flammable solvents, varnish or glue.
- Never route the power supply cord under carpet etc.
- Never use the heater to dry clothes, etc.
- Never operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug, after a malfunction or if it is not working normally, dropped or damaged in any way.
- Never let the power cord hang over the edge of a table or counter or let it touch any hot surfaces.
- Never move the appliance by pulling the cord.
- Never immerse the product in water or any other liquid for any reasons.
- Never use accessories that are not recommended or supplied by the manufacturer.
Position Instructions
This heater must be placed on a hard, level, heat resistant surface. When positioning, please keep the following points in mind:
- The heater requires no installation. It should be used solely as a portable appliance. The heater must always be used and stored in an upright position.
- This heater must not be located immediately below an electrical outlet.
- The heater MUST only directly be plugged in to a fixed Domestic Power outlet , DO NOT use in conjunction with Extension cords , Power Boards or Double Adaptors , as these can overheat when overloaded.
- Do not use the appliance in rooms less than 4m2 areas.
- Keep the air inlet and outlet free from objects at least 100cm in front and 50cm behind the heater. Do not hang anything on or in front of the fan heater.
- Never position the heater close to curtains or combustible materials such as furniture, cushions, bedding, paper, clothes, curtains etc. Keep the appliance at least 100cm (1m) from walls and any other combustible materials.
- Never position or use the heater in the immediate vicinity of water, such as bathtub, washbowls, swimming pool etc. where the likelihood of immersion or splashing could occur.
- Keep hearthrugs and other soft furnishings away from the front of the heater. They could obstruct the free flow of hot air and damage both soft furnishings and heater.
Cautions
Do not operate the appliance on an inclined place. Do not move the appliance while the appliance is switched on.
In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cutout, this appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility.
This heater is hot when in use or directly after use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Keep combustible materials such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes and curtains well away from the heater. Do not drape laundry or any other items over the heater.
At the end of the product’s serviceable life it should be disposed of carefully and safely in accordance with local authority regulations.

When operated for the first time, the unit may emit an unpleasant burning type smell. This is normal, and will disappear after a short period of use.
- Carefully remove the heater from the plastic bag and carton. Place the heater on a level surface in a stable upright position. Make certain the power switch is in the “OFF” position.
- Unwind the power cord and plug your Fan Heater into a socket outlet. Ensure that the voltage on the specifications plate is the same as in your home.
- Turn the power switch (located at the back of the heater) ‘On’. The heater is in standby Mode. The appliance emits a beep (if “beep” sound is ON). The blinking Stand By indicator comes on and remains visible while the appliance is powered.
- Turn the heater on by pressing the ON/OFF “ ” button on The heater will begin heating the room according to the last used settings.
- Press the “ ” button to select one of the following operating modes:
- Antifrost (The appliance keep the room at 7°C avoid freezing)
- FAN (in this mode the appliance doesn’t emits heat; only the fan operates)
- Heating 1
- Heating 2
- Heating 3
- To distribute the air flow over a wider surface, press the swing touch button . The appliance starts swinging to the right and left. To stop the appliance in the desired position, simply press the swing touch button again.
- To turn the heater ‘Off’ press the ON/OFF button. Please note: the unit display will show a countdown for about 30 seconds and take approx 30 seconds to stop blowing out air. After 30 seconds the appliance will be in stand-by mode.
- Turn the switch off at the back of the unit must be in “0” position (off).
WARNING: Allow the heater to cool down for 30-60 seconds before switching on again and before turning off at the power outlet. This will protect the inner parts.
NOTE: It is normal when the heater is turned on for the first time or when they are turned on after having not been used for a long period of time to emit some smell and fumes. This will disappear when the heater has been on for a short while.
Heating 1, 2 and Heating 3
In this mode, the desired temperature can be selected by pressing the adjustment touch buttons + and –. The blinking target temperature is shown for a few seconds:
- Heating 1 : The appliance operates at low power, reducing noise levels and energy consumption to a minimum.
- Heating 2 : The appliance operates at medium power.
- Heating 3 : The appliance operates at high power to heat the room rapidly.
ECO function
This function is available in Heating 1, Heating 2 and Heating 3 modes only.
To activate this function press the ECO push button. The ECO icon will be displayed. The ECO function will compare the target temperature, with the current ambient temperature, and it will automatically select the most appropriate heating level to guarantee an optimum comfort level while reducing the energy consumption.
While the ECO function is ON, the appliance may switch automatically to a lower or higher heating level several times. The corresponding heating level is always shown on the display.
Digital 24h timer
This function can be activated from any operating mode (normal operating mode or stand-by mode).
Auto-start: with the appliance in STAND-BY, press the Timer touch button. The timer icon is displayed together with the time remaining before the appliance will be turned ON. To adjust the timer, use the adjustment touch buttons and , then wait a few seconds for the setting to be memorised (timer value stops to flash for 2sec before it gets memorized). The stand-by icon is displayed together with the timer icon (flashing icons), indicating that the timer has been set. When the programmed time is reached, the appliance is turned ON with the settings used during the previous period of operation.
Auto-off: when the appliance is ON, press the Timer push button. The timer icon is displayed together with the time remaining before the appliance goes off. To set the timer, use the adjustment buttons and , then wait a few seconds for the setting to be memorized (timer value stops to flash for 2sec before it gets memorized). Once done the timer icon is shown during the normal operating mode, indicating that the timer has been set. When the programmed time is reached, the appliance is turned off automatically.
To go back to operation without the timer, press the timer button twice. The timer symbol disappears from the display
Timer Steps: 0.5Hr(30 minutes), 1Hr, 2Hr, 3Hr, 4Hr…23Hr, 24Hr, 0.
Every time the button is pushed the appliance emit “beep” sound. This function can be activated/deactivated: when product is working by repeatedly pressing “-” pushbutton until the display will show “b0” or “b1” flashing. Press “-” pushbutton to select “b0” (beep off) or “b1” (beep on); waiting a few seconds for the setting to be memorised.
Thermal Cut-Out
A Thermal Cut-Out is built into this heater to minimise the risk of overheating and maximise safety to users. A heat sensing device monitors internal temperatures in the appliance. If heat levels rise beyond a preset safety threshold the Cut-Out will switch off power to the heat elements, eliminating further danger. Let the heater cool for approximately 10 minutes, then it will function normally again.
In the event of a Thermal Cut-Out check for visible obstructions to air inlets. Try moving the appliance to a new position. Sometimes placement close to walls and furniture can restrict air movement enough to cause the heater to shut down.
Safety Tip-Over Switch
This appliance is fitted with a safety tip-over switch which automatically turns the unit off when it is tilted or tipped over. Always ensure that the unit is placed on flat solid ground before operating.

Care and Cleaning
- Before cleaning, ensure that the heater is switched in the off position and is unplugged from the socket.
- Clean the exterior surfaces of the heater with a dry, soft cloth.
- Never use any form of detergents or solvents to clean the heater.
- Never spray with liquids or submerge in liquids or water.
- DO NOT attempt to clean the interior of the heater.
- DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OPEN THE CASE OF THIS HEATER at any time. There are no consumer serviceable parts inside this unit.
- When the heater is stored during the off season, neatly wind the power cord around the base of the heater to prevent any damage to the power cord.
Note: If the power cord of the appliance becomes damaged discontinue use.
Disposal
Do not dispose of packaging or the product through your household waste!
The product and packaging are made from recyclable materials (plastics, metals, paper). If the product is no longer suitable for use dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner in accordance with your local council regulations.
