Safety Precautions
Read all of the instruction before using this electronic device and keep this manual in a safe place for future reference.
Be sure to observe the following guidelines when using your earbuds.
- Listen at reasonable volumes for reasonable periods of time.
- To avoid hearing damage, limit the time you use earbuds at high volume and set the volume to a safe level.
- Before putting on the earbuds, turn the volume control on your Bluetooth device to its lowest level.
- Put the earbuds on, and then slowly adjust the volume control to a comfortable level.
- Be careful not to adjust the volume continuously upwards as your hearing adapts.
- Do not turn up the volume so high that you can’t hear what’s around you.
- You should use caution or temporarily discontinue use in potentially hazardous situations.
- Excessive sound pressure from earbuds can cause hearing loss.
- Using the earbuds while operating a motor vehicle, motorcycle, watercraft or bicycle may be dangerous, and is illegal in some areas. Check your local laws. Use caution while using your earbuds when you are engaging in any activity that requires your full attention. While engaging in any such activity, removing the earbuds from your ear or turning off your earbuds will keep you from being distracted, so as to avoid accident or injury.
- For your safety, avoid distractions from music or phone calls while in traffic or other potentially dangerous environments.
- With continued use at high volume, your ears may become accustomed to the sound level, which may result in permanent damage to your hearing without any noticeable discomfort.
- If you experience discomfort or ringing in your ears, immediately discontinue using the earbuds and seek medical advice.
To avoid damage or malfunction:
- Do not expose earbuds and charging case to excessive heat.
- Do not drop your earbuds and charging case.
- Earbuds and charging case shall not be exposed to dripping , splashing water.
- Do not allow your Earbuds and charging case to be submerged in water.
- The integrated battery shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like. Disposal of a battery into fire or a hot oven, or mechanically crushing or cutting of a battery, can result in an explosion.
- Battery life may be shorter in high or low temperature conditions.
Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children, as the small size of the product components
presents a swallowing hazard. Keep the product dry. Avoid contact with water
or humid environments. The built-in batteries are not removable. Do not
attempt to replace this yourself.
Inside the Box
Remove all packing material and accessories. Make sure all the accessories are included, if any item is damaged or missing, contact Consumer Service Hotline.
Note: Please tear off the protective film from the charging contactors of
earbuds at the first time of use.
Foreign matters on the sensor of earbuds may cause sensor failure. Please
clean the sensor before wearing the earbud.

Use your Bluetooth Earbuds
Charging the Case
The wireless earbuds are equipped with a charging case which is not only a
carrying case, but also a charging dock to charge the earbuds.
When the charging case is in low battery level, please recharge the case:
- Connect the small type C plug of USB cable (included) into the charging socket, and large USB plug into the USB socket on computer or USB charging adaptor (not included – DC 5V 0.5A or more).
- The charging case starts charging. LED indicator lights red and flashes during charging.
- When the charging case is fully charged, the LED indicator lights red constantly. Disconnect the case after charged.
- The charging case serves as a portable backup battery for charging the earbuds. Normally, a full charge takes about 1.5-2 hours. When the charging case is fully charged, it supports about 3 times full recharge cycle for the earbuds.
Note: If the LED indicator won’t light green when opening the charging case, it indicated that the battery is exhausted and need to be charged.
Charging the earbuds
- Open the charging case, the LED indicator lights green. Place the earbuds into the corresponding charging docks of charging case, make sure the charging contactors are matching.
- Close the charging case, the green LED indicator goes off. The earbuds start charging. LED indicator lights blue during charging.
- When the earbud is fully charged, the LED indicator goes off.
Note:
- If there is sweat or fluid on the charging contactor or earbud, clean it before charging.
- Normally, a full charge takes about 1.5 -2 hours.
- Use only with the original Charging case to avoid any damage.
- Charge the earbuds at least once every 3 months when not in use for a long time.
Wearing the Earbuds
- Choose one pair of eartips that suit you and install them onto left/right earbuds securely. Please try medium eartips at first as they fit most of the people.
- Identify the left and right earbuds.
- Put the earbuds into your ears and adjust to find best angle with Mic(microphone) downwards. Shake head to check wearing stability.
Note:
If the sensor doesn’t touch the ear securely, the earbud may not work
normally.
Re-wear the earbud to make it close to the ear if no sound outputs during
using. When the sensor on the earbud detects that the earbud is pulled out of
the ear, the earbud will pause the music automatically. When the earbud is put
on again, the music will resume to play automatically.
Pairing
- Make sure the earbuds are fully charged. Open the charging case, the earbuds will enter pairing mode automatically after 3 seconds and is ready to pair with a Bluetooth device (e.g. a mobile phone).
- Pair the earbuds with your Bluetooth device. Enable the Bluetooth pairing function on your Bluetooth device and search for “MAAT-X7” to pair and connect. Refer to the user manual of your Bluetooth device.
- Bluetooth earbuds can remember previously paired device. Simply activate the Bluetooth in your device and open the charging case. The earbuds will reconnect to the last connected Bluetooth device automatically. If the last connected Bluetooth device is unavailable and you want to connect it to other Bluetooth device, you have to go to the Bluetooth menu of your device and connect the earbuds to the Bluetooth device manually.
- Remove the earbuds from the charging case for using.
Tips:
The earbuds cannot connect to more than 1 device at the same time. If you have two paired Bluetooth devices, only turn on the Bluetooth function of the device that you want to connect.
If the earbuds failed to be connected to your Bluetooth device within 3
minutes, the Bluetooth pairing mode will be stopped automatically. Please
place earbuds back into charging case for charging a while and take out again,
then the earbuds will enter into Bluetooth pairing mode for pairing.
If you turn on the Bluetooth function of your Bluetooth device after turning
on the earbuds, you have to go to the Bluetooth menu of the device and connect
the earbuds to the device manually.
Note:
If the earbuds fail to connect to any Bluetooth device within 5 minutes, it
will turn off automatically to save the battery life. Press and hold the touch
panel on each of earbuds for about 3s to turn on the earbud if needed.
In some Bluetooth devices, connection may not be automatic. In this case, you
have to go to the Bluetooth menu of your device and connect the earbuds to the
Bluetooth device manually.
Single Earbud (Mono mode)
After Earbuds are paired to your Bluetooth device successfully, both the left
and right Earbud can be used separately. Take either left or right earbud out
from the charging case for Mono use. The earbud will power on and connect to
your last connected Bluetooth device automatically.
Note: Open the charging case and take out the second earbud, they will
pair each other automatically.
Resetting
If you encounter any pairing or connection issue, try the following steps to
reset your earbuds.
- On your Bluetooth device, go to the Bluetooth menu and remove “MAAT-X7” from the device list.
- Turn off the Bluetooth function of your Bluetooth device.
- Make sure the earbuds are fully charged. Take out both earbuds from the charging case. Tap and hold the Touch Panel on both earbuds simultaneously for more than 10s until reset is completed. Try again if it is failed to reset.
Note: Both L and R earbuds are well paired at the factory. If you see 2 “MAAT-X7” entries in available devices of Bluetooth list, then the earbuds are not paired correctly. You need to reset it to defaults before using.
Touch Control
Power On| Automatically: Take out the earbuds from the charging case.
Manually: Press and hold the Touch Panel for 3s.

Power Off| Automatically: Place the earbuds back into the charging case
and close it.
Manually: Press and hold the Touch Panel for 4s.
Play/Pause| During music playback, press Touch Panel to pause music.
Press it again to continue playing music.
Previous Track| Double tap left Touch Panel.
Next Track| Double tap right Touch Panel.
Answer/Hang Up phone call| Tap the Touch Panel once.
Reject Phone Call| Press and hold the Touch Panel for 3s.
End a call| Press the Touch Panel to end an active call.
Switch Between Two Active Calls| Double tap the Touch Panel to switch
two phone calls.
Activate the voice assistant| Fast tap the Touch Panel three times on
left or right earbud to activate your smartphone’s voice assistant
(Siri/Google).
Note: The assistant must be enabled on a Smartphone for this function to work. The volume level cannot be adjusted by earbuds. Slowly adjust the volume control from your Bluetooth device to a comfortable level for listening.
Care and Cleaning
- Always unplug the USB charging cable before cleaning.
- Never spray or pour liquids directly onto the charging case and earbuds, and clean with a dry and soft towel only.
- Do not use any cleaning agents containing alcohol, ammonia, benzene, or abrasive cleaners.
- The integrated battery shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like. Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced.
CAUTION: Never allow any water or other liquids to get inside the unit while cleaning. If the product is no longer suitable for use, dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner in accordance with your local council.
Troubleshooting
