MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE

Care And Maintenance

Wipe the outside and inside of the console with a cloth soaked in soapy water and wrung out. Wipe with a cloth dampened with water, then wipe thoroughly with a dry cloth.

  • Please unplug the power cord and cigarette lighter socket cord before cleaning.
  • Do not use strongly acidic or alkaline cleaners or chemicals, bleach, thinner, benzene, metal scrubbers, nylon scrubbers, or sponges containing abrasive materials.
  • Do not clean the main engine. Failure to do so may cause malfunction.

Defrosting

  • If frost forms inside the refrigerator, cooling performance will decrease. Be sure to thaw after use.
  • Do not use a hard spatula when thawing.

Drainage

  • If water accumulates in the refrigerator (large zone), turn the drain plug and pull it out to drain the water. In addition, it should be dried in a cool place after use and stored after drying.

Ventilation Openings Cleaning

  • If dust accumulates in the vents, the cooling effect will be reduced. Please check and clean the vents regularly with a vacuum cleaner, etc.

Storage

When the refrigerator is not used for a long time, please clean the refrigerator and open the lid for 2 to 3 days to dry the inside of the refrigerator to prevent the formation of mold and odor. Please package it in plastic bags, etc., and store it in a place with low humidity and away from direct sunlight.

  • When not using or storing this product for a long time, please turn off the main power and unplug the power cord, cigarette lighter socket cord from the host.
  • Do not lay it on its side. This may damage the compressor or cooling circuit and cause a fire.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If any abnormality occurs during use, please read this manual carefully and check the following points before requesting repairs.

Troubles                             Causes & Solutions

Not cold (Don’ drive)

| As the refrigerator is tilted, the protection function is activated. Place it on a stable, flat floor for a while and it will resume operation.
When using on-board power, the engine stops running due to the car’s Idle stop function. Turn on the power button to resume operation.
When used in the car, the car battery voltage is low. If you set the battery protection level to M or L, you can continue to use it, but the risk of battery depletion increases.

Not too cold

| There is too much packaged food. Leave gaps between foods to allow cold air to pass through.
There is something hol in the refrigerator. Allow hot items to cool to room temperature before placing them in the refrigerator.
There Is poor air circulation around the host. Please leave enough clearance around the host when installing.
The lid opens and closes frequently. Keep the lid on and try to open and close it less often.
The compressor refrigerator is exposed to direct sunlight. Please install in a place away from direct sunlight.
Sounds like running water| Refrigerant flows inside the cooler. This is not abnormal. Please use as is.

Condensation appears outside the host

| It is used in humid environments such as summer. This is

not abnormal. We recommend installing it in a cool, well-ventilated area. We also recommend that surfaces

· where condensation occurs are at least 20cm away from walls or floors.

Error code El

| The put power voltage is low. Please set the battery protection level to Mor L. If you use it in a car, you can keep driving, but the risk of running out of battery is higher. To continue driving, start the engine and fully charge the car battery. If the display still does not disappear, we recommend checking the battery.

Error code E2

| . The cooling fan protection device is working. Turn the power off, wait at least 10 mlnutes, and then turn it on again.
---|---

Error code E3

| The compressor protection device is working. Turn the power off, wait at least 30 minutes, and then turn it on again.

Error code E4

| Compressor overloaded. Tum the power off, wait at least one hour, and then turn it on again.

Error code ES

| If the temperature of the control board exceeds the normal operating temperature range, the over-temperature protection device will activate. Turn the power off, place it in a cool, well-ventilated area, and wait for at least an hour before turning it back on. If dust accumulates in the vents, please clean them.

FAQ

Q1: Why does the display temperature sometimes increase?

A1: When the internal temperature (display temperature) reaches the set temperature, the compressor will temporarily stop. When the internal temperature rises by 3°C to 7°C, the compressor restarts to save energy.

Q2: Why is the temperature displayed different from the temperature measured by the thermometer?

A2: A regular thermometer or alcohol thermometer is a device that measures the temperature of the surrounding area. The temperature measured by the thermometer is the space temperature (air temperature) inside the refrigerator, and the temperature displayed is the NTC temperature on the side/bottom of the refrigerator. There are temperature sensors on the side/bottom, and the temperature on the side/bottom is closest to the displayed temperature. Space temperature (air temperature) is affected by the environment and tends to dissipate, so it is generally within the range of -15°C+3°C.

Q3: Why don't plastic bottles freeze?

A3: The speed of the compressor in the refrigerator is slower than that of a household refrigerator, so the cooling speed is also slower. The nature and volume of the liquid, its area in contact with the cold air, and the material of the container also affect freezing speed. When making ice, we recommend setting the temperature below -18°C.

Q4: Why is the cooling rate different from what is written on the product page?

A4: The cooling rate may vary depending on the use environment, type of stored items, number of stored items, and ventilation conditions. The results printed on the product page are the results of testing in an empty container under a constant temperature and humidity environment.

Q5: Why does the compressor sometimes make noise?

A6: The refrigerator regulates the temperature by turning the compressor on and off. The compressor will get a little louder when it starts working. Also, when used in a car, the compressor may rattle due to car vibrations, but this is not abnormal.
