Instructions

Adjust the graduated dial Clockwise
(Finer grinding)
Adjust the graduated dial Counterclockwise (Coarseness grinding)

Adjust Grinding degree

1. Installed the crank handle and hold.
2. Screw the knob clockwise into tightest, the dot point to the number set as a starting point .It is not necessarily to be 0, it might be at Oto 9.
3. From the starting point, screw the knob counterclockwise to your preferred grinding degree.
4. There have 10-point / 30-click in a circle. The pitch is 0.75mm.
5. The starting point might different cause by using times, residual powder or other reasons.
6. Please refer to the Grinding Recommendation Card for different brewing methods.

Coffee Grinding

1. Load coffee beans. The maximum capacity is around 20g.
2. Rotate the crank handle clockwise until all beans ground.

Precautions

• DO NOT clean grinder with water.
• Keep it in dry condition.
• Please follow the instructions procedures of disassembly and assembly
• DO NOT let children use this device for safety

Basic cleaning

1. Due to the ring inverse screw design, please lose the body clockwise, use brush and blower to clean parts.
2. Screw the body tightly counterclockwise.

Deep cleaning

1. Install crank handle and hold, screw the knob counterclockwise until apart off.
2. Take out knob/degree disk/burr/spring/lower bearing cover in order.
3. Take off the crank handle and central shaft.
4. Use brush and blower to clean the parts.

Assemble

1. The central shaft goes through from the top and install crank handle.
2. Installed lower bearing cover (convex surface facing the top)/spring/ burr/degree disk in order.
3. Hold the crank handle and screw the knob clockwise into tightest.
