IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

- Do not cover CRUMB TRAY or any part of the oven with metal foil. This may cause overheating of the oven.
- Do not clean with metal scouring pads. Pieces can break off the pad and touch electrical parts, creating a risk of electric shock.
- Oversized foods or metal utensils must not be inserted in a electric oven as they may create a fire or risk of electric shock.
- A fire may occur if the oven is covered or touching flammable material, including curtains, draperies, walls, and the like, when in operation. Do not store any item on the oven during operation.
- Extreme caution should be exercised when using containers constructed if anything other than metal or glass.
- Do not place any of the following materials in the oven: cardboard, plastic, paper, or anything similar.
- Do not store any materials, other than manufacturer’s recommended accessories, in this oven when not in use.
- Always wear protective, insulated oven mitts when inserting or removing items from the hot oven.
- This appliance has a tempered, safety glass door. The glass is stronger than ordinary glass and more resistant to breakage. Tempered glass can break, but the pieces will not have sharp edges. Avoid scratching door surface or nicking edges. If the door gas a scratch or nick, contact our consumer relations line before using the oven.

Using Your Electric Oven
Please familiarize yourself with the following oven functions and accessories prior to first use:
- Rotisserie handle: For removing rotisserie rod assembly.
- Rotisserie fork: For roasting chicken and other kinds of meats with Air Fry.
- Air fry basket: For baking food with Air Fry.
- Wire rack: For carrying food to be cooked.
- Crumb tray: For crumb or fallen food particles collection. Pulls out for easy cleaning.
- Food tray: For carrying food to be cooked.
CONTROL PANEL
CONTROL PANEL INSTRUCTION
- /℃/℉ Button
- Oven light: can be manual control ON or OFF. Oven light will light up as reminder at last one minute during work.
- long pressing the button, it will switch to temperature unit display. Switch Fahrenheit ℉ display to Centigrade ℃ display by press the button again. The default temperature unit is Centigrade ℃. The ℉ or ℃ icon in the LED display will light when be selected
- “ ” Button: Press this button to on/off the convection fan.
- “START/CANCEL” Button
- Press the button to start the selected operation or preheating.
- Press the button to cancel the selected function while the operation, and the oven returns to standby mode
- Function Knob: This knob can be used to select different cooking functions. Turn the FUNCTION Knob clockwise to select the desired function, the corresponding icons of the selected function will blink in the digital display.
- TIME/TEMP Knob:
- For Temperature setting, turn the knob to select the desired cooking temperature and the icon of temperature will light.
- For Time setting, press the knob, and then it will switch to Time setting mode. Turn the knob to the desired cooking time and the icon of time will light.
- For shade level setting in Toast/ Bagel function, turn the knob to select the different shade level and the 1-7 color level shade indicator in the digital lights.
- To switch the Temperature setting to the Time setting, press TIME/TEMP knob repeatedly.
AUTO (BUILT-IN) PREHEAT INSTRUCTION
Pizza, Bake, Roast, Broil, Cookies, Air fry, these functions with Auto preheating.

Start preheat
Press START/CANCEL button to start the preheat. If Press START/CANCEL again to cancel cooking (not cancel preheat) . Display: ” PrE” in time position (during Preheating), Desired temperature also in the display. Temp. and time are nonadjustable during the Auto preheating. -
Preheat completed
When Temp. arrived desired data, will BEEP BEEP BEEP sounds. ” PrE” blink in the LED display. After user pressed START/CANCEL button, the unit start cooking, the time start count down. -
Keep Preheat
If User has not pressed Start cook yet, the oven will remind user every 2 minutes BEEP BEEP BEEP. After 10 minutes of inactivity, the unit will stop preheating and return to main menu (last selected preset default settings)
THE CONVECTION FUNCTION
The convection can’t be OFF for the air fry and Dehydrate function.
OPERATION TIPS

“TOAST” Function
NOTE: Large capacity oven allows for toasting 4-6 slices of bread. The TOAST function browns and crisps the outside of your bread while keeping the inside soft and moist. This function is also ideal for English muffins and frozen waffles.
Step 1. Open the door, place the bread (4 or 6 slices) on the wire rack, insert the rack into the middle rack position and close the door. Upper and Lower heating elements operate.
Step 2. Turn the FUNCTION knob to select “TOAST”.
Step 3. Then press the “START/CANCEL” button to start working. The default setting is shade level 4. Shade level and “HI” flash in LED display
NOTE: -
If you would like to adjust the setting per personal experiment, turn the “TIME/TEMP” knob to select the color shade level 1-7,press “START/CANCEL” button to start working.

the temperature is not adjustable for the Toast function. The time adjusts automatically with shade level adjustment. Convection fan is not working.

The shade level is nonadjustable during the operation.
Step 4. When the working cycle is complete, the unit will auto stop and emit beeps. Remove the food immediately or the heat remaining in the oven will continue to toast and dry out your toast.
CAUTION: Cooked food, metal tray/rack, and door can be very hot, handle with care. Do not leave the oven unattended. -
“BAGEL” Function
NOTE: The BAGEL function crisps the insides of your cut bagel while only lightly toasting the outside. This function is also ideal for toasting crumpets or thick sliced specialty breads which require one side to be toasted more than the other.
Step 1. Open the door, place the bagel on the wire rack/food tray, insert the rack/tray into the middle rack position
and close the door. Upper and lower heating elements operate.
Step 2. Turn the FUNCTION knob to select “BAGEL”.
Step 3. Press the “START/CANCEL” button to start working. The default setting is shade level 4. Shade level and “HI” flash in LED display
NOTE: -
If you would like to adjust the setting per personal experiment, turn the “TIME/TEMP” knob to select the color shade level 1 7,press “START/CANCEL” button to start working.

“PIZZA” Function
The PIZZA function melts and browns cheese and toppings, while crisping the pizza crust. It With Auto (built-in) preheat.
Step 1. Turn the FUNCTION knob to select the PIZZA function. The default Temp. and time is 200℃(390℉) and 15 minutes. Upper and lower heating elements operate.
NOTE: -
If you would like to adjust the setting per personal experiment, turn the “TIME/TEMP” knob to select the desired Temperature. Press “TIME/TEMP” knob and then turn the “TIME/TEMP” knob to select the desired baking time

Step 1. Turn the FUNCTION knob to select the BAKE function. The default Temp. and time is 178℃(350℉) and 30 minutes. Upper and lower heating elements operate.

Step 1. Turn the FUNCTION knob to select the ROAST function. The default Temp. and time is 200℃(390℉) and 60 minutes. Upper and lower heating elements operate.

“AIRFRY” Function
The AIRFRY function good for cooking a variety of French fries or chicken wings, it with intense heat and maximized
airflow to cook foods crispy and brown. these are ideally baked using this function. It With Auto (built-in) preheat.
Step 1. Turn the FUNCTION knob to select the AIRFRY function. The default Temp. and time is 200℃ (390℉) and
25 minutes. Upper and lower heating elements operate.
NOTE:
①If you would like to adjust the setting per personal experiment, turn the “TIME/TEMP” knob to select the
desired Temperature. Press “TIME/TEMP” knob and then turn the “TIME/TEMP” knob to select the desired baking
time.
②The convection fan is default ON and can’t be OFF manually.
Step 2. Press the ” START/CANCEL” button to start the preheating.

“BROIL” Function

Step 1. Turn the FUNCTION knob to select the BROIL function. The default Temp. and time is 200℃(390℉) and 15 minutes. Upper and lower heating elements operate.

“COOKIE” Function
The COOKIE function is ideal for baking homemade or commercially prepared cookies and other baked treats.
Ready-to-bake crescent rolls, cinnamon scrolls, biscuits and strudels are ideally baked using this function. It can be used for reheating leftovers without browning or drying them out. It With Auto (built-in) preheat.
Step 1. Turn the FUNCTION knob to select the COOKIE function. The default Temp. and time is 178℃(350℉) and 11 minutes. Upper and lower heating elements operate.
NOTE: ①If you would like to adjust the setting per personal experiment, turn the “TIME/TEMP” knob to select the desired Temperature. Press “TIME/TEMP” knob and then turn the “TIME/TEMP” knob to select the desired baking time.

“ROTISS” Function
The Rotisserie function is a rotating roast, good for whole chicken roasting.
Step 1. Place whole chicken on the shaft and fixed by the fork both side, insert the shaft into the Rotisserie hole position and close the door. Upper and lower heating elements are operating.
NOTE: Need put the Food tray at bottom rack slot to collect oil drip during cooking, and put some water in bake tray
before cooking chicken in rotisserie function, It will make good effect for rotisserie.
Step 2. Turn the FUNCTION knob to select the ROTISSERIE function. The default Temp. and time is 200℃(390℉) and 60 minutes.
NOTE: ① If you would like to adjust the setting per personal experiment, turn the “TIME/TEMP” knob to select the desired Temperature. Press “TIME/TEMP” knob and then turn the “TIME/TEMP” knob to select the desired baking time.

“DEHYD” Function
The DEHYDRATE function combines low and stable heat with airflow to evenly dry out foods without cooking. Good for drying fruit or vegetables chips.
Step 1 . Place the food on the air fry basket/wire rack, insert the basket/rack into the middle rack position and close the door. Lower heating elements are operating.
Step 2. Turn the FUNCTION knob to select the DEHYDRATE function. The default Temp. and time is 65℃(150℉) and 12 hours. Lower heating elements operate.
NOTE: ①If you would like to adjust the setting per personal experiment, turn the “TIME/TEMP” knob to select the
desired Temperature. Press “TIME/TEMP” knob and then turn the “TIME/TEMP” knob to select the desired baking time.
②The convection fan is default ON and can’t off manually.

“FERMENT” Function
The FERMENTATION function, is designed to precisely hold low temperatures, providing an ideal environment for proofing bread, rolls, pizza and other dough.
Step 1 . Place dough in an vessel, cover and place on center of wire rack, insert the low rack position and close the door. Lower heating elements are operating.
Step 2. Turn the FUNCTION knob to select the FERMENTATION function. The FERMENT blinks in LED display when it be selected. The default Temp. and time is 32℃(90℉) and 60 minutes.
NOTE: ①If you would like to adjust the setting per personal experiment, turn the “TIME/TEMP” knob to select the desired Temperature. Press “TIME/TEMP” knob and then turn the “TIME/TEMP” knob to select the desired baking time.
②The convection fan is default off. User can ON/OFF the fan by press the “ ” button.

“WARM” Function
The WARM function is for keeping warm, maintaining hot foods at the recommended temperature to prevent bacterial growth.
Step 1 . Place the food in the wire rack/food tray, insert the rack/tray into the middle rack position and close the door.
Lower heating elements are operating.
Step 2. Turn the FUNCTION knob to select the WARM function. The WARM blinks in LED display when it be selected. The default Temp. and time is 80℃(180℉) and 60 minutes.
NOTE: ①If you would like to adjust the setting per personal experiment, turn the “TIME/TEMP” knob to select the desired Temperature. Press “TIME/TEMP” knob and then turn the “TIME/TEMP” knob to select the desired baking time.
②The convection fan is default off. User can ON/OFF the fan by press the “ ” button.

USE MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance requires little maintenance. It contains no user serviceable parts. Do not try to repair it yourself. Contact a qualified appliance repair technician if the product requires servicing.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION: To protect against electrical shock, DO NOT IMMERSE THE OVEN IN
WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUIDS.
Your toaster oven should be cleaned regularly for best performance and long
life. Regular cleaning will also reduce the risk of fire hazard.
Step 1. Remove plug from electrical outlet. Allow it to cool.
Step 2. Remove the Removable Crumb Tray, Rack, Tray by pulling out of the
oven. Clean them with damp, soapy cloth. Make sure to only use mild, soapy
water.
Step 3. To clean inside of oven, wipe the oven walls, bottom of oven, and
glass door with a damp, soapy cloth. Repeat with a dry, clean cloth.
Step 4. Wipe outside of oven with a damp cloth.
CAUTION: DO NOT USE ABRASIVE CLEANERS OR METAL SCOURING PADS. Make sure
to only use mild, soapy water. Abrasive cleaners, scrubbing brushes and
chemical cleaners will damage the coating on this unit.

electrical shock.
Step 5. Allow the appliance to cool and dry completely before storing. If
storing the oven for long periods of time make certain that the oven is clean
and free of food particles. Store the oven in a dry location such as on a
table or countertop or cupboard shelf. Other than the recommended cleaning, no
further user maintenance should be necessary.
Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized service
representative.
TO STORE
Unplug unit, allow it to cool, and clean before storing. Store the Electric
Oven in its box in a clean, dry place. Never store appliance while it is hot
or still plugged in. Never wrap cord tightly around the appliance. Do not put
any stress on the cord where it enters the unit, as it could cause the cord to
fray and break.
