CHARGING THE BLUETOOTH HEADPHONES

Please be sure to charge before use. Connect the included micro USB charging cable to the micro USB port and connect the other end to a USB power outlet. The LED charging indicator illuminates red, indicating that the headphones are charging. When the LED indicator light turns LED” the headphones are fully charged

BLUETOOTH PAIRING

Slep 1: Press and hold the multifunction button for three seconds to turn the headphones on. The LED indicator light will flash blue and green indicating the headphones are In pairing mode
Sløp 2: In pairing mode enable Bluetooth search mode on your audio device and search on your pairing name “XBH9-1028” and select it on your audio device. Once the headphones have been successfully connected, the LED will illuminate solid blue. The next time that the headphones are powered on they will automatically reconnect to the previously connected phone/device if within range

AUTO POWER OFF

To conserve battery life, the headphones will auto power-off if disconnected from the device’s Bluetooth© signal for about 10 minutes.

USING YOUR HEADPHONES

Power on/Multifunction button: Press and hold the button for three seconds to turn the headphones on/off. Press the button to change the mode.

Play/Pause & Answer/End Call: Press the button once for pause/play or to answer/end a call. Press the button twice to activate Siri or Google Assistant.

Volume up/Next track Press the button once to select the next track Press and hold the button to raise the volume.
Note: The maximum audio is limited by the phone/device’s volume setting. Adjust the phone/device’s volume setting if the volume is too low.

TF card slot: Insert a memory card into the slot to listen to music. Press the multifunction button to switch to TF mode.

AUX jack: Insert an auxiliary cable into the AUX jack to listen to music from a 3.5mm device. The headphone’s power will power off and switch to Aux mode. Press the multifunction button to switch between modes.
Note: The functional operation may vary depending on the connected device. In some cases, the touch functions may operate differently from how they are described above.

TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS

No Sound

  • Power on the headphones
  • Charge the battery
  • Increase the volume on your phone/device
  • Make sure headphones are not paired with a different device
  • Make sure the phone/device is not in mute mode
  • Restart phone/device
  • Check with a different music source

Poor Sound Uuality

  • Move your mobile device closer to the headphones and away from any interference or obstructions
  • Charge the battery
  • Check with a different music source

Battery Won’t Charge

  • Ensure that the charging cable is connected securely
  • Make sure the charging cable or charging connector is not damaged
  • Make sure that the charging connection is not dirty resulting in poor contact between earbuds and charging case contacts.
  • Try a different charging source

Functions not working as described in the manual

• Depending on the phone/device some of the functions, such as the music/track control functions, may not operate as described. But, all the main features should operate correctly

  • Do not expose to heat sources, the sun, or leave in a hot vehicle.
  • Do not dispose of it in a fire.
  • Do not disassemble, modify, or try to use for a non-intended purpose, and do not use if damaged or modified. Never insert objects other than those specified into the product.
  • Place the case on a flat sturdy surface, and make sure that it is not covered during charging.
  • Disconnect the USB cable once the product is fully charged.
  • This product contains a non-replaceable rechargeable lithium-ion battery. When discarding, follow your local I state guidelines.
  • This product is not a toy. Keep out of reach of children or those that require supervision.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaning solvents to clean the unit.

ONE YEAR WARRANTY

Xtreme warrants its products for ONE YEAR against defects in manufacturing under regular consumer use with the original receipt of retail purchase. We believe in our products and want to provide you with a replacement if needed, but we have to know about the problem while the product is still under warranty. If you discover a defect covered by this warranty, please contact us about receiving a replacement. In order to use the products warranty, the customer must provide proof of the retailer’s receipt. Any customers outside of the U.S. will be responsible for shipping and handling charges if a replacement is required that is not due to a manufacturing defect.

Xtreme’s warranty is limited to our products only. Our warranty does not cover the replacement or repair cost of any third-party accessory, electronic device, or personal property.
