RESET Button (SYNC) | RESET: Press the key for over 6 seconds to restore |
factory settings.
SYNC: Short press the key to turning on the function of One-Click Access of
the EZVIZ IP Camera.
Power Input| Use the power cord included(DC 12V 1.5A).
PoE Port| Power supply or network access.
Mode Switch (FAT/FIT)| In FAT mode, the device can work independently without
the Acess Controller (AC). In FIT mode, the device must be used with the EZVIZ
AC. Users can configure and manage multiple APs
through AC.
Get the EZVIZ App
- Connect your mobile phone to Wi-Fi (suggested).
- Download and install the EZVIZ app by searching for “EZVIZ” in the App Store or Google Play TM.
- Launch the app and register an EZVIZ user account.
If you have already used the app, please make sure that it is the latest version. To find out if an update is available, go to the app store and search for “EZVIZ”.
Operation
Select the working model of the device First.
- FAT Mode: Refer to Option A.
- FIT Mode: Refer to Option B.
1. Option A: FAT Mode
1. Power and Network Connect.
*If you use a power adapter for power supply.
- Plug the power adapter into an electrical outlet.
- Connect the POE port of the device and the LAN port of the router with a network cable (self-provided).
*If you use Poe power supply
- Connect the POE port of the device and the LAN port of the router through the switch (self-provided).
2. Configuration Management.
– Confirm that the device has been connected correctly and powered on
normally.
– Connect the mobile phone or wireless terminal to the wireless network of the
device (Network Name: ezviz_ XXXXXX, no password by default).
– Open the browser of mobile phone or wireless terminal, input wifi.ys7.com,
and complete the wizard configuration according to the interface prompt.
The actual interface may be different from the document. Please refer to the
actual interface for details.
3. Add to EZVIZ.
– Log in to your account using the EZVIZ app.
– On the Home screen, tap “+” on the upper-right corner to go to the Scan QR
Code interface.
– Scan the QR code on the Quick Start Guide cover or on the body of the
device.
– Follow the EZVIZ app wizard to add the device to EZVIZ.
2. Option B: FIT Mode
In this mode, the device must be connected to the EZVIZ’s Access Controller
(AC) for configuration and use.
1. Plug the power adapter of the AC into an electrical outlet, and then
connect the network as shown in the figure.
• Connect the network with network cable (self-provided) .
• Connect Poe port of the AC and Poe port of AP with network cable (self-
provided).
2. Configuration Management
– Confirm that the device has been connected correctly and powered on

– Connect the mobile phone or wireless terminal to the wireless network of the
device (Network Name: ezviz_ XXXXXX, no password by default).
– Open the browser of mobile phone or wireless terminal, input wifi.ys7.com,
and complete the wizard configuration according to the interface prompt.

3. Add to EZVIZ.
– Log in to your account using the EZVIZ app.
– On the Home screen, tap “+” on the upper-right corner to go to the Scan QR
Code interface.
– Scan the QR code on the body of the AC.
– Follow the EZVIZ app wizard to add the device to EZVIZ.
Installation
- Please keep the device power off during installation.
- The installation position must be far away from the strong electromagnetic interference source.
- The installation wall should have a certain thickness and can bear at least 3 times the weight of the device.
- Make sure there is at least 150 mm space on the upper side of the mounting sticker when drilling and installing. The device can be wall-mounted and pole mounted.
Wall Mount
- Stick the drilling template onto a clean and flat surface.
- (For cement wall only) Drill screw holes according to the template, and insert anchors.
- Use screws to fix the base accessories (provided in the package) on the installation surface.
- Insert the device forward from top to bottom into the base accessories.
Pole Mount
- Fix the base accessories (provided in the package) with the tie (self-provided) on the pole.
- Insert the device forward from top to bottom into the base accessories.
- In order to get a better wireless experience, it is recommended to select a non-metallic pole for installation.
- When disassembling the device, please press and hold the clasp on the base accessories to take out the device from bottom to top.

please unplug the DC power terminal that connects the power adapter and

without front cover! Please reinstall the front cover correctly before normal
operation.
Warning: Do not detach the front cover when the device is working
properly. The front cover can only be detached when you need to restart the
device. After restarting the device, please reinstall the front cover
correctly before normal operation.

FCC compliance
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class
B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are
designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a
residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio
frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the
instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However,
there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular
installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or
television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and
on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more
of the following measures:
—Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.

Industry Canada ICES-003 Compliance
This device meets the CAN ICES-3 (B)/NMB-3(B) standards requirements.
This device complies with Industry Canada licence-exempt RSS standard(s).
Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
(1) this device may not cause interference, and
(2) this device must accept any interference, including interference that may
cause undesired operation of the device. Under Industry Canada regulations,
this radio transmitter may only operate using an antenna of a type and maximum
(or lesser) gain approved for the transmitter by Industry Canada. To reduce
potential radio interference to other sers, the antenna type, and its gain
should be so chosen that the equivalent isotropically radiated power
(e.i.r.p.) is not more than that necessary for successful communication. This
equipment should be installed and operated with a minimum distance 20cm
between the radiator and your body.
(i) the device for operation in the band 5150-5250 MHz is only for indoor use
to reduce the potential for harmful interference to co-channel mobile
satellite systems;
(ii) the maximum antenna gain permitted for devices in the band 5725-5825 MHz
shall comply with the e.i.r.p. limits specified for point-to-point and non-
point-to-point operation as appropriate.
Users should also be advised that high-power radars are allocated as primary
users (i.e. priority users) of the bands 5650-5850 MHz and that these radars
could cause interference and/or damage to LE-LAN devices.
