How to Wear

Warning

1. Please recharge the product when you see insufficient power before first time use.

Functions

• Turn On
  Earphones will turn on automatically after out of the charging box for 2 secs. Or press MFB for 2 secs to turn it on.

• Turn off
  The product turns off automatically once in the charging box. Red light flashes for 1 sec.

• TWS paring
  After out of the charging box, red and green light flashes on both sides. Once paired, one side will have red and green light flashing and other side off.

• TWS pairing with device
  Setup-Bluetooth-Other devices-Connect ‘Buds True’ .Light will turn off once connected.

• Reconnecting

  • When you take the earphone out of the box, they will automatically connect to the last connected devices.
  •  If not TWS
    TWS: Green light flashes for 12 secs, and then back to pairing mode. One side: Green light flashes for 18 secs, and then back to pairing mode

• Take calls
  Double press MFB to pick up calls.

• End calls
  Double press MFB to end calls.

• Reject calls
  Long press MFB to reject incoming calls.

• Last song
  Press MFB on left side for 1.5 secs to switch to the last song played.

• Next song
  Press MFB on right side for 1.5 secs to switch to the next song.

• Pause
  Double click MFB to pause.

• Reduce the volume
  Click MFB three times on left side to decrease volume.

• Increase volume
  Click MFB three times on right side to increase volume.
  Automatic turn-off
  This product will automatically turn off when disconnected for 3 mins.

Restart
Press the ‘MFB’ bottom for 8 secs anytime will restart the product.

Voice Assistant
When the product is connected to your device, stop playing any audio and press ‘MFB’ for 3 secs will switch on voice assistant.

Recovering
When unconnected, monotic, or tws, press each of them will clear the stored matching information on your device, and the off light will keep for 2 secs.

Exceeds distance & Disconnect

• Exceeds distance: Connect to the matching device in 1 min
• Exceeds distance: Shut down after disconnected for 2 mins
• Disconnected: Green light up every 10 ecs
• Disconnected: Green and red light appears alternately after 1 min.

Low power
The product will automatically shut down when the battery voltage is under 3V.

Recharge
Charging: Red light up, green light up for 4secs Recharged: After 1.5-2 hrs when the product is fully charged, the red light will turn off. Charging case: The green light will keep flashing when charging. After 1.5-2 hrs when fully charged, the green light will keep lit.

• Please recharge the product if it has not been used for more than 1 month.
• Please do not disassemble or refit this product. Any damage or burning led by this will not be covered by warranty.
• Please avoid contact with liquid. Any damage led by this is not covered by warranty.
• Please avoid using this product in extreme temperature (below 0 or over 45).
• Please avoid close contact between the indicating light and animals or children’ s eyes.
• Please do not use this product in thunder storm to avoid potential risks.

Battery Warning

This product is equipped with lithium battery. Please do not expose this product under intense sunlight, in fire or water. Please dispose this product under local laws, and it is not general waste. Please do not change the battery to avoid risks and damages.

FAQ

1. I can not turn it on?
   A: Please remove the protective film and fully recharge the product before using it.

2. Can I use just one earphone?
   A: Yes. You can use single side earphone or connect them simultaneously.

3. Press control not working?
   A: To avoid mistouch, the touch control will be available once in ear for 3 secs. The product sensitivity varies in different environment and it is normal.

4. Unstable voice or connection?

   • Please keep your device in 10m distance with earphones, without walls or other barriers.
   • Certain environment effects signals, such as elevators, signal station and so forth.
   • Recover the product following this manual. Tab both sides three times and put them back in the charging box and connect again.

5. No voice after connected?

   • Please ensure both sides are matched( tab three times the indicating light will turn off simultaneously).
   • Please ensure bluetooth is connected: Setup-Bluetooth devices.
   • Please turn up the volume to your habitance connected

6. Different volume for tablets and phones?
   A: Due to different systems, the volume varies. The adjusting levels are also different. Please adjust the volume accordingly.

7. Cannot be fully charged after a while?

   • Earphone not charging: Sweat or other liquid during using will be attached to the charging pad. Please clean the product frequently to avoid erosion of the charging pad.
   • Charging box not charging: The input voltage for charging box is 5V. Most of the charging products for phones are 9V-12V. Please do not charge your phone and charging box at the same time to avoid burning the core.
