Use instructions for earbuds

Power-on

a. 5 minutes without pairing, the headphones will automatically shut down.
b. When turned on, press and hold the MFB button for about 8 seconds to manually turn off the headphones.

Power-off

a. Put the earphones into the charging case and close the lid, the earphones will turn off and charge.
b. Long press any earphone touch function button for 8 seconds to turn off the earphones.

Earbuds pairing

When the battery level is normal, open the charging case cover, and the left and right earphones will automatically turn on and complete pairing.

Connecting to a mobile phone

  • Connecting both earbuds to a mobile phone
    Open the charging case cover, the earphones will automatically enter pairing mode (the main earphone’s white and blue lights will flash alternately, and the secondary earphone’s white light will flash once every three seconds). Search for the pairing name “Pisen C3” on the phone, click to connect, and after successfully connecting, the indicator light will stay on for 1 second and then turn off (Earphones support single ear connection).

  • Automatically connecting to a mobile phone
    When there is a pairing record, open the charging case cover and the earphones will automatically reconnect to the most recently connected phone.

Voice assistant
When the earphones are connected to the phone, long press the function button on the left earphone for 3 seconds to activate the voice control function. Repeat the operation to exit.
Factory reset
When the earphones are not connected to the phone and in single ear mode, four clicks on any earphone touch the function button will restore the earphones to their factory settings. After the blue light flashes, the earphones will automatically shut down.

  • Using a charging case to charge the eardphones
    Put the earphones into the charging case. The white indicator light of the charging case will stay on and start charging the earphones. After charging is completed, it will turn off.

  • Low battery warning for charging case
    After opening the charging case lid: Full battery: Open the charging case cover, the white indicator light of the charging case will remain on for 4 seconds and then turn off.
    Low battery: Open the charging case cover, and the white indicator light of the charging compartment will flash for 4 seconds before turning off.

  • Charge the charging case
    Charging: The charging case indicator light is flashing blue and breathing.
    Fully charged: The blue indicator light of the charging case is constantly on.

Warning:

  1. Please store and use the product at normal temperature;
  2. Do not expose the product to the rain or humid environment;
  3. Do not throw or toss the product, so as to avoid damage;
  4. Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the product by yourself;
  5. The product contains a non-replaceable lithium battery, so be sure not to dispose of it randomly, put it in fire, or expose it to direct sunlight, so as to avoid hazards;
  6. Please dispose of the battery according to local regulations and recycle it whenever possible, and be sure not to dispose of it as the domestic waste, so as to avoid environmental pollution.

Kind reminders

  1. To avoid the hearing damage, please keep the volume at a moderate level and avoid listening to music at a high volume for a long time, as it may result in permanent hearing damage or deafness.
  2. Please refrain from making phone calls or using earbuds while driving, cycling, crossing roads, or engaging in situations that require focused attention.
  3. When watching videos with earbuds, the audio and video may get out of sync slightly.
  4. If the earbuds are not used for a long time, please fully charge them at least once a month to extend the battery life.
  5. If the earbuds are still connected or not charged after being put into the charging case, please wipe the  stain on the charging contacts of earbuds to ensure good charging contact
  6. The output voltage and current of charger shall not exceed 5V/1A. If their specified values are exceeded, the product will be seriously damaged and the warranty will be voided.
