How toUse

  1. Plug the mains adaptor provided into a wall socket and connect the cable provided to the adaptor.
  2. Then plug the Type-C connector into the port on your Duo Juice®wireless charger. Ensure the power supply is switched on.
  3. Then simply place your wireless charge compatible devices onto the DuoJuice® and charge. You can charge 2 devices at once!
  4. Make sure your device is placed directly over a +. If the device is not placed correctly on the charger it may not charge.
    Remove the device off the charger once fully charged.

Average Charge Times

  • This wireless charger will charge at its optimum speed when used with a 2.1/2.4 amp or Qualcomm wall adaptor. It is possible to charge with a 1amp adaptor or a computer, but the time to charge your device will slow down dramatically. Safety Warnings

  • Please do not touch the charger with wet hands.
  • Please store the charger in a room with a temperature between 0 to 45 degrees. It is intended for indoor use only.
  • Do not use it outdoors.
  • Do not drop the wireless charger as this may result in damage.
  • Do not place keys or drinks on the charger.
  • Do not cover the charger or use it in places that may be exposed to direct sunshine or excessive heat.
  • Contact with water and moisture must be avoided under all circumstances (e.g. do not use in bathrooms).
  • Please keep the charger out of the reach of children. It is not a toy.
  • Magnetic stripe cards, credit cards, phone cards, boarding passes, and passports may be damaged by the wireless charger, do not place on or near the device, these may also result in damaging the wireless charger
  • Do not attempt to repair or disassemble the product if it is damaged. Improper use poses a risk of electric shock and short circuiting
  • Contact your seller or professional technician to check the problem.
  • Check this charger is compatible with your phone case, cases thicker than 3mm or cases with metal parts will need to be removed.
  • The magnetic white eld from the charger may affect medical implants. Keep a distance of at least 20cm.
