Product Introduction
This product is a personal care cleaning instrument, suitable for blackheads, acne, fat granules, pustules, and pimples. Built-in high-definition camera, via APP, connects to smartphone or tablet, directly watch the real-time removal process and your skin condition clearly. The cleaning head adopts professional 304 stainless steel, which is rust-proof and easy to disinfect and wash clean, simple design, compact, and easy to store.

Product Structure
Functions
- Long Press °Power/Mode” button 1s, turned on the device, the white indicator light flashes, and enter into “deep cleaning mode”.
- Short press the “Power/Mode” button to switch to the “Blue Light Disinfection Mode”, the blue light on the head is on.
- Short press the “Power/Mode” button again, the product will cyclically switch between the two modes.
- In any working mode, long-press the “mode/open key” for 1s, the product will turn off, and the working indicator will be off.
Operation
Two Ways to download APP(Support Android 5.1 and IOS 9.0 version or above)
- Download the APP from AppStore or Google Play;
- Scan the QR code to download the APR (If use WeChat to scan, need to manually jump to the browser to open)

Connect Product WiFi
- Turn on the product and APP
- Enter the WIFI setting
- Connect phone with product WIFI “UDU Facial-XXXX”.
Open App
Open App and click “Startup”, then watch the live video.
Using Steps
Deep Cleaning Mode
- After basic facial cleansing, apply a hot towel to compress and steam the face to open the pores.
- Put the cleaning head against the skin, cleaning in a downward direction and always keeping the whole cleaning head closely against the skin, refer to the below picture. That performs better.
Warm Tips:
- Use alcohol cotton pads to disinfect the cleaning head before using the product, and clean face and hands to prevent bacteria invading the skin;
- After use, remove the cleaning head and clean it in time;
- Not recommended for inflamed skin.
Blue Light Disinfection Mode
After finishing cleaning, short press the Tower /Mode” button to switch to the
blue light mode, to disinfect the cleaning head, and the blue light will
automatically go out after the disinfection finish.
Tips: Please cover the protective cap to avoid harm to the eyes during
disinfecting the cleaning head.
About charging
- Please fully charge the product before first-time use.
- Please use a standard qualified DCSV adapter for charging.
- The red indicator light is always on during charging.
- The red indicator light off when it is fully charged.
- The red indicator light flashes slowly when it’s in low battery power, and please fully recharge before next time use.
When charging doesn’t t start after 10 seconds, please check if the Type-C cable port is fully plugged in or any poor connection issue.
Device Cleaning and Maintenance
- When cleaning, make sure the device is turned off avoiding electrical shock.
- Please take off the cleaning head from the instrument and rinse with warm water.
- The instrument body is not waterproof, please wipe it clean with a wet tissue or cloth after each use. Do not rinse the body with water.
- Clean the camera lens with a cotton swab, and avoid hard objects colliding with the lens.
- It is forbidden to wipe the body with corrosive liquid.
- Please store the device in a dry indoor environment.
- It is strictly forbidden to disassemble the instrument by yourself. If there occurs any failure or malfunction, please stop using and contact online customer service immediately.
