Battery Recharging

  1. When you use the flashlight for the first time or have not used it for a long time, you need to fully charge the flashlight for eight hours.

  2. Turn the flashlight OFF by pressing the tail switch and connect the mini USB cable into the
    charging socket.

  3. Connect the mini USB cable to a power supply, the logo on the body switch will illuminate red.

  4. When the rechargeable battery is fully charged, the logo on the button will turn blue.

  5. Disconnect the flashlight from the USB cable when charging has been completed.

Operational Instructions

  1. Turn on the flashlight by pressing the tail cap switch once to enter the 100% brightness mode (logo will also illuminate).

  2. After the flashlight is switched ON; Press the body switch once→60% →Press again→30%
    →Press again→5% →Press again→100%

  3. Fast double click the power button during any mode to switch to Strobe.

  4. Hold and press the body switch for 2 seconds during any mode to switch to SOS.

  5. Turn OFF the flashlight by pressing the tail cap switch once during any mode.

  6. Low battery indication:
    ◦ The logo on the power button will illuminate blue when normal (+30% battery charge).
    ◦ When battery level reaches below 30% logo will illuminate red.
    ◦ When lower than 20% logo will start flashing in red.

Warning

  • Do not expose the battery to excessive heat, to do so may cause an explosion.

  • Do not use metal objects to short circuit the positive and negative end of the battery.

  • Do not dispose of the battery in the domestic waste, please use the correct method of
    disposal.

  • Do not let the battery become wet or immerse the battery in water.

  • Keep the battery away from children.

  • The operating temperature range of the flashlight’s battery: Charging: 0°C to 45°C /

  • Discharging: -20°C to 60°C

  • Never use a damaged charger or charger. Should the charger or its lead become damaged,
    replace the charger immediately.

  • Do not shine the flashlight directly into people’s eyes, as it may damage their eyesight.

  • If the charger is not in use, please disconnect it from the AC power supply.

  • Do not leave the battery on charge for more than one week as this will shorten the battery life Battery leakage may occur if the battery is over charged.

  • Do not try to repair the unit or charger yourself. In case of any problems or questions please contact NightSearcher Limited or an authorised distributor.

Safe disposal of waste electrical products, batteries and bulbs

Product ComplianceIf at any time, you need to dispose of this product or parts of this product: please note that waste electrical products, bulbs and batteries should not be disposed of with ordinary household waste. Recycle where facilities exist. Check with your local authority for recycling advice. Alternatively, NightSearcher is happy to take receipt of this product at end-of-life and will recycle it on your behalf.

WARRANTY

All NightSearcher products have a 3 year standard warranty on all manufacturing defects and a 1 year warranty on all rechargeable batteries from the date of purchase.

Extended Warranty: Customers have the option to extend the warranty of the product to 5 years for manufacturing defects. Registration of the product must be made within one month of purchase by sending us an email sales@nightsearcher.co.uk. In the message please state in your own words that you would like to register your NightSearcher product for the extended warranty.
