Fixi Time Fun ­ 2G kids smartwatch-phone with GPS/A-GPS/ LBS/GLONASS-tracking, voice calling capability and a SOS button. FixiTime Fun is designed to track your child’s location as well as make and receive calls and send/receive messages.

3. Charging the watch
Before you set up the watch, you need to charge the battery. Use the USB charging cable provided with your watch to charge its battery. On a full charge, the watch has a battery life of up to 48 hours. Battery life and time to fully charge your device may vary with use and other factors. When the battery level indicator on the activity sensor shows an empty battery, you need to charge the device.

SIM card installation

1. Turn the device off, charge the battery up to 100% and remove the SIM card tray from the device.
2. Install the nano SIM card into the tray with metal contacts facing up.
3. Plug the SIM card tray back into the SIM card slot.

Warning: if your SIM card requires a PIN code input, this feature should be deactivated before installing the SIM card into FixiTime Fun.
To disable PIN-lock on your SIM:

1. Install the SIM card into a phone.
2. Navigate to the SIM card settings.
3. Select the option to disable the PIN code input requirement.
4. Save the settings onto the SIM card.
5. Remove the SIM card from the phone and install it into Fixi-Time Fun.

Make sure that SIM card has positive balance and can access the Internet, receive/make calls and messages. Fixi-Time Fun works in 2G networks (GSM/GPRS 900/1800 850/1900).

Registration process

1. Open the ELARI SafeFamily app and click “Register”. Read and choose if you accept the Terms and Privacy Policy

2. Input login and your email address.

3. Receive an email with registration code and enter this code into the App.

4. Input your mobile phone number. Make sure you have correctly entered the phone number using the “+” and country code: <+>. For example +1234567890. Don’t use symbols like (, )’,-‘, `,<,>`.

5. Create a password and confirm it.

Connecting to the smartphone

1. Install the SIM card into the watch (see more in II).
2. Register in the ELARI SafeFamily app.
3. Connect FixiTime Fun to the new profile in the App:
   a) Turn the watch ON. You should see the watch’s QR code on the screen. If not please check the FAQ on our website.
   b) Start Add New tracker binding process in the ELARI SafeFamily app.
   c ) Scan QR code from the watch’s screen using the app. If there is no internet on the SIM card, the application will inform you about it.
   Note: the first user who scanned the QR code becomes the Administrator. Other family members can scan the QR code generated in the Administrator’s app or be invited to become «family members» in the App.
   d) Complete the watch user’s profile: add the watch’s phone number, child image, nickname, etc.
   Note: please make sure to enter the watch’s phone number correctly with required country code.
   Attention: to set up your avatar for watch, find «Contacts» in the «Settings» menu.
   e) When binding is complete, the app will display the real-time location of the watch on the map.

Chat

1. Enter a text message. Type your text and press the “Send” button to send a text message.

2. Voice message button. Hold the button to record a message,  release it to send. The maximum recording time for one message is 10 seconds.

3. Stickers. Click to select and send a sticker.

4. Voice messages: short press to listen, long press to delete the message.

Settings

1. Watch profile settings

2. Safe zones. Click to set zones. When the watch crosses borders, you will be notified.

3. Family. Click to edit your contact list.

4. Care time. Click to set the frequency and period for sending geolocation.

5. Alarm. Tap to set the time and snooze period.

6. Friends. Click to see a list of watches you’ve «made friend» with.

7. Call limit. Press to set the barring of receiving calls from numbers not added in the phone book.

8. Class mode. Tap to set the time and period for turning on the Class mode. In Class mode the watch can only show the time and send an SOS signal.

9. History. Click to view the history of movements.

10. Pedometer. Click to see the number of steps taken.

11. Transfer manager. Click to choose who to transfer admin rights to.

12. Timetable. Click to fill in the schedule that will be displayed on the watch screen.

13. About device. Click to see the QR code to link, watch IMEI or unlink the watch from your account.

14. Add Device. Click to link a new watch.

15. My information. Click to view and edit your profile information.

16. Other. Tap to set up Auto Answer, remotely reboot or turn off the watch.

Main functions

Calls
Scroll to the “Phone Book” section. Click on the icon. Scroll through the list of contacts and select the one you need to start a call. To end a call, press the button on the screen. The maximum number of numbers that can be added is 100.
Voice messages
Scroll through the menu and select «Voice Chat». Long press the «Hold to Talk» button to record a voice message. After releasing the button or after 10 seconds the message will be sent. When a message is received, the watch beeps. After listening to the message, to download a new one, you must click on the «Next» button. The watch can receive voice and text messages from the app, as well as stickers.
Note: To see the last received text message or sticker, on the home screen swipe up. Attention: The watch only shows the last received text message or sticker.
Camera and Gallery
Scroll through the menu and select «Camera» to open the camera or view/send to the app/delete saved photos. Open the gallery and select a photo. You can send the photo to the app or delete the photo. After uploading, the photo will be removed from the gallery.
Pedometer
Scroll the menu and select “Pedometer” to see how many steps you have taken and how close you are to your daily goal.
Schedule
Scroll the menu and select “Schedule” to see the schedule if it is filled in the application. You can also get to the schedule by swiping down on the main screen.
Add Friend
FixiTime Fun can add other watches of the same model as friends. Scroll through the menu and select «Friend» to start adding friends.

1. Press the «+» button.
2. Select «Scan» on one watch, «QR Code» on the other.
3. Scan the QR code with your watch and confirm the addition.
4. The friend’s name will appear in contacts, and you can call him. If it doesn’t, refresh your friends list by selecting «Add Friend» from the menu again.

Binding code
Scroll the menu and select «Binding Code» to see the QR code. If you see a set of numbers under the QR code, you can add the watch to another account. If you do not see the numbers, then the watch is not connected to the Internet.
Games
Scroll the menu and select «Games» to launch the math game. Select the difficulty level and the game will begin. The game will show examples of addition and subtraction. You need to check it and choose the correct or incorrect example. After the end of the round, a table of records will be shown.
Settings
Scroll through the menu and select «Settings» to open the settings menu. There you can see information about the watch: Software version, IMEI number. Start stopwatch, timer. Adjust screen brightness, date, time, call volume and language. You can also reset your watch by going to the «Settings» menu and selecting «Power off».
Attention: You can turn off the watch directly from the watch itself only if there is no SIM card, then the shutdown button will be unlocked. The watch can be turned off and restarted remotely.

Q: How accurate is the positioning function?****

– A: ELARI FixiTime Fun can receive locations via two channels: GPS/GLONASS and LBS. The GPS/GLONASS mode has good accuracy. This limitation is not a shortcoming of the watch, but is caused by the technological features of the GPS/GLONASS system. Warnings

1. Do not let small children and pets play with FixiTime Fun. The device contains small parts, which can cause harm.
2. FixiTime Fun is water resistant. The device is protected from drips of water, rain, sweat, but the smartwatch should be removed before swimming or taking a shower. Bathing and swimming is prohibited while wearing the watch.
3. Staying indoors, atmospheric conditions, as well as other signal distortion sources can harm the GPS tracking accuracy.
4. Keep away from fire and high temperatures.
5. Do not allow dust or dirt to enter the device.
6. Do not drop, hit or shake the device. Careless handling can lead to damage of the integrated board and mechanical parts. and lead to a reduction in the degree of protection from moisture.
7. Charger output must be: 5 V, 1 A (included USB charging device). Do not use more powerful chargers, as this may damage the product.

9. FixiTime Fun works on 2G networks. Photo sharing and calling functions can consume a large amount of data. Choose the appropriate carrier plan and set the Wi-Fi passwords for frequently visited places if applicable.

Storage and transportation

The device should be stored in dry, ventilated storage spaces with the temperature ranging from -10° to +40° and humidity from 15 to 85 % (without condensation). Whilst storing and transporting, the handling markings printed on the box should be followed. Whilst transporting any hits and movement of the package in the transporting vehicle should be avoided.
