Never replace or substitute the regulator with any regulator other than the factory-suggested replacement.

Do not store or use gasoline or other flammable vapors or liquids in the heater unit.

The whole gas system, hose, regulator, pilot or burner should be inspected for leaks or damage before use, and at least annually by a qualified service person.
-
All leak tests should be done with a soap solution. Never use an open flame to check for leaks.
-
Do not use the heater until all connections have been leak tested.
-
Turn off the gas valve immediately if smell of gas is detected.
-
Do not transport heater while it is operating.
-
Do not move the heater after it has been turned off until the temperature has cooled down..
-
Control compartment, burner and circulation air passageways of the heater must be kept clean.
-
Frequent cleaning may be required as necessary.
-
The LP tank should be turned off when the heater is not in use.
-
Check the heater immediately if any of the following occurs:
25a.The heater does not reach temperature.
25b.The burner makes popping noise during use (a slight noise is normal when the burner is extinguished).
25c. Smell of gas in conjunction with extreme yellow tipping of the burner flames. -
The LPG regulator/hose assembly must be located in the tank cabinet where LPG tank located
-
Any guard or other protective device removed for servicing the heater must be replaced before operating the heater.
-
Adults and children should stay away from high temperature surface to avoid burns or clothing ignition.
-
Children should be carefully supervised when they are in the area of the heater.
-
Clothing or other flammable materials should not be hung on heater or placed on or near the heater.
WARNING
-
The regulator shall comply with the standard EN16129;
1a. For category I3+, the appliance shall use the butane 30mabar regulator (reduced pressure:28-30mbar) or
1b. the propane 37mbar regulator (reduced pressure: 37mbar).
1c. For category I3B/P(30), the appliance shall use the LPG 30mabar regulator(reduced pressure:28-30mbar).
1d. For category I3B/P(50), the appliance shall use the LPG 50mabar regulator (reduced pressure:50mbar). -
The hose shall comply with the standard EN 16436 and the length of the hose should not exceed 1.5m.

The minimum distance from non protected combustible materials shall be 2m.

other flame producing appliances, …).

To check that the regulator seal is correctly fitted and able to fulfil its function.

In the event of gas leakage, the appliance shall not be used or if alight, the gas supply shall be shut off

If it shows signs of cracking, splitting or other deterioration it shall be exchanged for new hose of the

The injector is assembled by manufacturer only.
Assembly Procedures
Remove the heater body and all of the parts from carton, then follow below procedures.
Step 1
Take out all accessories boxes from cabinet.
Caution: Glass inside, take care!!!
Step 2
Attach caster wheels to base of appliance with supplied nuts and washers.
- With at least two people carefully title the appliance on to its side to attach the castor wheels.
- Using a spanner attach to the castor wheels to base of appliance with supplied nuts and washers.
- Notice: Two brake wheels should be attached on the rear bottom.
Step 3
Remove 4 screws on burner cover panel
(Keep them for Step 7)
Step 4
Remove 8 screws on top of cabinet.
(Keep them for Step 6)
Step 5
Glass & frame assembly
- Slide one frame to another, use two M8 spanners to fix glass frames with attached M5 screws and nuts.
- Please make sure surface is flat as shown below（B-B） then tighten the screws and nuts.
Step 6
Fix glass frame to cabinet with 8 screws (Which removed in Step 4).
- Adjusting 4 sides make a flush finishing for top and cabinet.
Step 7
Using a Hex screw driver to fix face panel back to cabinet with 4 screws which
removed in Step 3.
Step 8
Adding Fuel Bed
Cover the burner with either glass or lava rock fuel beds. DO NOT tip the bag
of glass or lava rock onto the burner as the bags usually contain some fine
dust which could clog the burner jets. It is better to empty the bags into a
suitable container and then place the glass or rock by hand around the burner.
Make sure the area around the pilot light is kept clear to allow air to reach.
Note: for this step you will need a small step ladder or platform to give extra height as the fuel beds need to be installed from the top of the appliance.
Step 9
Screw 4xbolts to top of glass frame. Then fix the top panel with 4 x screw
supplied. (might need bend a little to meet the screw holes)
Step 10
Attach cabinet screw handle in the hole in the rear panel.
Wheels
Press down brake on castors (see below picture) heater will not move.
Overturn Shut Off Device
This appliance also have a overturn switch. It will shut off gas supply to pilot when the heater fall down. (Overturn switch see below picture)
Placement of Heater
- The heater is for outdoor use only. Always ensure that adequate
- fresh air ventilation is provided.
- Always maintain proper clearance to combustible materials.
- Heater must be placed on level firm ground.
- Never operate heater in an explosive atmosphere like in areas where
- gasoline or other flammable liquids or vapors are stored.
- Keep a distance of at least 2 metres from Combustible Materials.
- After every use, turn off the gas valve on the cylinder.
- The heater should be protected from strong winds by braking the wheel
Gas Requirements
- The pressure regulator and hose assembly to be used must conform to local standard codes.
- The installation must conform to local codes, or in the absence of local codes, with the standard for the storage and handling of liquid petroleum gases.
- A dented, rusted or damaged propane tank may be hazardous and should be checked by your tank supplier. Never use a propane tank with a damaged valve connection.
- The propane tank must be arranged to provide for vapor withdrawal from the operating cylinder.
- Never connect an unregulated propane tank to the heater.
- To change the gas cylinder in a amply ventilated area, away from any ignition source (candle, cigarettes, other flame producing appliances, …).
- To check that the regulator seal is correctly fitted and able to fulfil its function.

- Instructions in case of gas leakage; for instance : in the event of gas leakage, the appliance shall not be used or if alight, the gas supply shall be shut off and the appliance shall be investigated and rectified before it is used again.
- The recommended frequency of checking the tubing or the flexible hose (at least once per month and each time the cylinder is changed). If it shows signs of cracking, splitting or other deterioration it shall be exchanged for new hose of the same length and of the equivalent quality.
Cylinder, Regulator and Hose
This appliance is only suitable for use with low-pressure butane or propane gas and fitted with the appropriate low-pressure regulator via a flexible hose. The hose should be secured to the regulator and the appliance with hose clips or nut. This barbecue is set to operate a 28 mbar regulator with butane gas and a 37mbar regulator with propane gas and a regulator with butane/propane mixture at 50mbar and a regulator with butane/propane mixture at 30mbar.
Use a suitable regulator certified to BSEN16129:2013.
Please consult your LPG dealer for information regarding a suitable regulator for the gas cylinder.
Regulator and hose
Use only regulators and hose approved for LPG at the above pressures . The life expectancy of the regulator is estimated as 5 years. It is recommended that the regulator is changed within 5 years of the date of manufacture.
The use of the wrong regulator or hose is unsafe; always check that you have the correct items before operating the heater.
The hose used must conform to the relevant standard for the country of use. The length of the hose must be 0.5 meters (maximum). Worn or damaged hose must be replaced. Ensure that the hose is not obstructed, kinked, or in contact with any part of the heater other than at its connection.
The hose should not be twisted or kinked when attached to the gas cylinder. No part of the hose should touch any part of the appliance. So site the cylinder out to the left hand side of the appliance at the maximum distant permitted by the hose length.
Gas cylinder
The maximum diameter and the maximum height of the cylinder as shown in.
The gas cylinder should not be dropped or handled roughly! If the appliance is not in use, the cylinder must be disconnected. Replace the protective cap on the cylinder after disconnecting the cylinder from the appliance.
Cylinders must be stored outdoors in an upright position and out of the reach of children. The cylinder must never be stored where temperatures can reach over 50°C. Do not store the cylinder near flames, pilot lights or other sources of ignition. DO NOT SMOKE.
- Maximum diameter or breadth: 385mm
- Maximum height (regulator included): 618mm
Fasten gas canister
When the gas bottle placed in cabinet, in order to make the gas tank fixed, you must tight the bottle tape as shown on picture.
Leakage Test
Gas connections on the heater are leak tested at the factory prior to shipment. A complete gas tightness check must be performed at the installation site due to possible mishandling in shipment or excessive pressure being applied to the heater.
- Make a soap solution of one part liquid detergent and one part water. The soap solution can be applied with a spray bottle, brush or rag. Soap bubbles will appear in case of a leak.
- The heater must be checked with a full cylinder.
- Make sure the safety control valve is in the OFF position.
- Turn the gas supply ON.
- In case of a leak, turn off the gas supply. Tighten any leaking fittings, then turn the gas supply on and recheck.
- Never do leak test while smoking.
Lighting Instructions
- Open the cabinet door, put the gas cylinder into the cabinet Turn the control knob clockwise to “OFF” position.
- Connect the regulator to the gas bottle. Turn the gas supply “ON” at the cylinder. Check with the use of soapy water for any gas leakage between the bottle and the regulator
- Push down the control knob and keep pressing whilst turning anti-clockwise to the “Ignition” position (a click will be heard), this will light the pilot. If not repeat this process.
- When the pilot burner is lit, keep the control knob pressed for 5 seconds then release it.
- If the burner does not stay alight, repeat steps 3 and 4. If the burner has not lit wait 5 minutes and repeat steps 3 and 4.
- Adjust the heat setting by turning the control knob to the high or low position.
- To turn the heater ‘OFF’ turn the cylinder valve or regulator switch to the ‘OFF’ position and then turn the control knob on the appliance clockwise to the ‘OFF’ position.
WARNING
If the burner fails to ignite, turn the control knob off (clockwise) and also turn the cylinder valve off. Wait five minutes before attempting to relight with ignition sequence.
If Glass Brakes
A. If the heater is not in use, please dont touch splinters with hands, clean all splinters with tools to avoid anybody be injured.And ask a professional man for installation of new glass.
B. When it happened in use, please turn off the cylinder and control valve immediately, clean all splinters with tools to avoid anybody be injured. And ask a professional man for installation of new glass.
Cleaning and Care
Make sure all the cleaning is done after turn off the heater and cooling down.
- Wipe off powder coated surfaces with soft, moist rag.
- Do not clean heater with cleaners that are combustible or corrosive.
- Remove debris from the burner to keep it clean and safe for use.
- Open the top back door to clean debris on glass carefully.
Storage
- Always close the gas valve of the gas cylinder after use or in case of a disturbance.
- Remove the pressure controller and the hose.
- Check the tightness of the gas valve and for damage. If you suspect a damage, have it changed by your gas dealer.
- Never store liquid gas cylinder in a sub-terrain, or at places without adequate air ventilation.
