SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read this instruction manual and keep it for future reference. Producer does not take responsibility for damages caused by inappropriate handling and use of the product.
- Do not connect red and black clamp.
- Protect this device from humidity, water and other liquid. Avoid using/storing it in extreme temperatures.
- Do not expose it to direct sunlight and other sources of heat.
- To avoid overheating, store the device away from textiles and in a well ventilated place.
- Keep the device out of the reach of children.
- Use only authorized accessories. Do not use this device if it has been damaged or its operation is abnormal.
- Do not attempt to repair this device yourself. In case of damage, contact authorized service point for checkup or repair.
- Always disconnect the product from the power source before cleaning.
- Clean this device with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use any chemical agents to clean this device.
- The device may become warm during charging – this is normal.
JUMP STARTING VEHICLE
Note: Please make sure that there are at least 3 LED indicators on before starting a car. Otherwise, it can only be used for charging external devices or flashlight mode.
- Please make sure the key is in the OFF position in the ignition before starting your vehicle.
- Ensure all electronics in your vehicle are off.
- Make sure the jump starter is off.
- Connect the red clamp to the positive electrode (+) of the car battery and black clamp to the negative electrode (-).
Note: Please make sure that the power is well connected.
- Insert the EC5 cable to the EC5 ignition output port.
- Place the device in secure place to prevent it from falling while starting the vehicle.
- Turn on the device. Jump start is possible when the battery is charged at least in 50%.
- Start your vehicle.
- After a successful start, disconnect the EC5 cable from the EC5 ignition output port of the jump starter, then disconnect the clamps from the car battery.
- In case of failure to start your vehicle for the first time, wait a few seconds before trying again and then repeat the process.
Notes:
- When the battery level of the device is too low, it cannot be used to start the vehicle. It has to be recharged first.
- This product is only for 12 V vehicle emergency start. It cannot be used as long- term automotive storage battery.
CHARGING USB EXTERNAL DEVICES
- Turn on device.
- Insert one end of the USB charging cable into the USB output port of the jump starter; insert the other end into the USB port of the USB external device (mobile phone, tablet)
- When the battery level of the jump starter is low, the device will automatically end charging.
- When the external device is fully charged, jump starter will automatically enter sleep mode in 30 seconds without any operation.
- When the USB cable is disconnected, the device will automatically enter sleep mode in 20 seconds without any operation.
CHARGING EXTERNAL DEVICES
- Turn on device.
- Press mode button; 12 V output indicator will blink.
- To set the output voltage level, press the mode button until the correct output voltage value is highlighted (12 V, 16 V, 19 V)
- Insert one end of the DC charging cable into the DC output socket of the jump starter; insert the other end into the DC socket of the external device (ex. laptop) The device has an additional 8 DC terminals, which are applied to the DC cable terminal if needed.
- When the external device is fully charged, jump starter will automatically enter sleep mode in 30 seconds without any operation.
- When the DC cable is disconnected, the device will automatically enter sleep mode in 20 seconds without any operation.
FLASHLIGHT OPERATION
- Turn on device.
- To turn on the flashlight, press and hold mode button.
- Pressing the mode button again activates blinking light.
- Another press of the mode button activates the SOS signal transmitted by the flashlight.
- To turn off the flashlight, pres and hold the mode button or press the mode button during an SOS signal.
- To turn the red and blue lights on alternately, press the mode button twice while the device is on. To turn off that function, press twice the mode button.
JUMP STARTER CHARGING
- Insert one end of the AC/DC power adapter into the charging port of the device and then insert the other end into power mains socket or car charger socket.
- When the device is charging, the indicators flash according to the battery status.
- When the battery is fully charged, all indicators are on.
Notes:
- Please be sure the battery has been fully charged before first use.
- For optimum battery lifespan, charge it every 3 months.
- While loading the starter jump, it is not possible to charge other devices from the output ports.
