Intended Use:

The soldering iron can be used as a portable soldering iron, hot-air tool, or flame burner.

Operation:

  1. Set the gas volume switch to position 2 or 3.
  2. Press and hold the lock button, then press the ignition button.
  3. Switch the continuous flame switch to the right position and press the ignition button.
  4. Adjust the gas volume switch to the proper position.
  5. To extinguish the flame, press the flame extinguish button and set the continuous flame switch to the left position.

Note: Always ensure the soldering iron has completely cooled down before replacing the tip. Without the tip, the soldering iron functions as a hot-air tool. Without the tip fixture, it acts as a flame burner.

Intended use

The soldering iron can be used as portable soldering iron, hot-air or flame burner.

Filling

  • Before filling the tank, make sure that the soldering iron has completely cooled down.
  • Set the gas volume switch to OFF position.
  • Use only 100% butane.
  • Place the soldering iron with the gas fill valve facing upward.
  • Insert the gas canister tip to the gas fill valve and press it.
  • Take out the gas canister after the tank has been filled.

Operation

  1. Set the gas volume switch to 2 or 3 position.
  2. Press and hold the lock button, then press the ignition button.
  3. Switch the continuous flame switch to right position and press the ignition button.
  4. Set the gas volume switch to proper position.
  5. To put the flame down, press the flame extinguish button and set the continuous flame switch to left position. Before replacing the tip, make sure that the soldering iron has completely cooled down. Without the tip, the soldering iron works as a hot-air. Without the tip fixture, the soldering iron works as a flame burner.
