IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

READ AND FOLLOW ALL SAFEIY INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS. KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY

When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury, including the following:

  1. Read all instructions before using this heater.

  2.  Surface of this heater will become hot during use. To avoid bums, do not touch hot surfaces with bare hands. Instead, hold the handles when moving the unit.

  3.  High temperature. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains, at least 3 feet (0.9 meters) from the front and top of the radiator. Don’t place anything close to the sides and rear of the radiator.

  4. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by the person responsible for their safety.

  5. Do not allow it to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or near children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the machine or remote control.

  6.  Always unplug the heater when not in use.

  7.  Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug after the heater malfunctions, dropped, or damaged in any manner. Instead, discard the heater, or return the heater to an autho­rized service facility for examination , electrical or mechanical adjustment, or repair.

  8. Do not use it outdoors or on wet surfaces.

  9. Do not handle any part olthe plug or machine with wet hands.

  10. Suitable for dry locations ONLY. This heater is not intended for use in bathroom, laundry areas, and similar indoor locations . For example , never place the heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container. Likewise, please do not use or store where it may get wet or in the bathroom’s immediate surroundings, a shower, or a swimming pool.

  11. Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover the cable with throw rugs., runners., or similar.

  12.  Do not route the cable under furniture or appliances. Instead, arrange the cable away from the traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
    To disconnect the heater, turn it off first, then remove the plug from the outlet.

  13. Connect to properly grounded outlets only.

  14. Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause electric shock, tire, or damage to the heater.

  15.  To prevent a possible fire, do not use any opening or exhaust blocked , and keep free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce airflow. Also, do not put any object into the inlet grill or the exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire or damage to the appliance.

  16.  Use this heater only as described in this User Guide. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, personal injury, or further property damage.

  17. To prevent overload and blown fuses, be sure that no other appliance is plugged into the same outlet (receptacle) or another outlet (receptacle) wired into the same circuit.

  18. if there is a loose fit between the plug and the socket or the plug becomes very hot, the socket may need to be replaced. Check with a qualified electrician to replace the socket.

  19.  it is normal for the plug and cord to feel warm to the touch. A plug or cord that becomes hot to the touch or becomes distort­ed in shape may result from a worn electrical outlet. Worn outlets or receptacles should be replaced before further use of the heater. Plugging the heater into a worn outlet I receptacle may result in overheating of the power cord or fire.

  20. The output of this heater may vary and its temperature may become intense enough to burn exposed skin. Use of this heater is not recommended for persons with reduced sensitiv­ity to heat or an inability to react to avoid burns.

  21. Ensure the heater is on a stable, secure surface to eliminate the potential of tipping it over.

  22. Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet I receptacle Never use an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).

  23. Be sure that the plug is fully inserted into an appropriate receptacle. Please remember that receptacles also deterio­rate due to aging and continuous use: check periodically for signs of overheating or deformations evidenced by the plug. Do not use the receptacle and CALL your electrician.

  24. Check that neither the appliance nor the power cable has been damaged in any way during transportation.

  25. Ensure that no pieces of polystyrene or other packaging materi­al have been left between elements of the appliance. It may be necessary to pass over the appliance with a vacuum cleaner.

  26. Do not attempt to modify or repair the product by yourself. Doing so could void the warranty and cause damage or personal injury. Only a qualified repair technician may disassemble or repair this product.

  27. Choking hazard – This remote control unit contains a small battery. Keep the remote control away from children, and do not swallow the battery. If the battery is swallowed, seek medi­cal advice at once.

  28. 28.11 the machine is not working as it should, has received a sharp  blow, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, do not use it and contact Customer Support.

  29. Before cleaning, storage, or when not in use, always tum the heater OFF and unplug it from the electrical outlet and allow it to cool.

  30. NOTE: There may be a trace of smoke or odor when the unit is first operated.
    This indicates that a drop of oil fell on the heating coil during the manufacturing process. It will quickly evaporate and should not re-occur.

  31. IMPORTANT – This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to rig this safety feature.

DANGER- High temperatures may be generated under certain abnormal condition.
Do not partially or fully cover or obstruct the front of this heater.
CAUTION: TO PREVENT ELECTRIC SHOCK, MATCH WIDE BLADE OF PLUG TO WIDE SLOT, FULLY INSERT.

Operations and Functions

Place the heater on a firm, level surface free from obstructions and at least 3feet. (0.9m) away from any wall or combustible material. Plug into an appropriate voltage AC outlet; There will be a “beep” and the Power Light will come on indicating that there is power to the unit. Your heater is now ready for use.
Power ON/OFF

  • Press POWER BUTTON on the heater/ remote control once to turn the heater ON with default settings:
    Power indicator on red, default high heat mode “HI” on the LED display.

  •  Press POWER BUTTON once again to turn the heater OFF with a 15-second delay and countdown timer on the display.

Heat level

  • When the unit is on, repeatedly press  M BUTTON on the heater I remote control to cycle through High (HI) ->Low (LO) -> High (HI) modes.

ECO Mode

  • When the unit is on, press button once. The screen ECO indicator will light up. When ECO mode is turned on, the heater will adjust working mode (Heating or Stop heating) based on the room temperature.
    1. If Room tempi? ( Setting temp+2) °F, the heater will stop working. The fan stop operating in 15sec.
    2. If Room temps (Setting temp -2) °F, the heater will start working again.

– + Temperature setting

  •  When the unit is on, The LED screen will display and flash the default temperature 75°F or the last time setting value for 5 seconds.
  • During this time, you can press and hold the button on the heater to quickly skip to the desired temperature ( Or use Temperature – + buttons on remote control to select proper temperature ). The temperature will be changed in 1 °F(1 ° C) increments between 41 °F (5° C) and 95°F (35°C).
  • The temperature will be set and stop flashing after 5 seconds and the screen will display the room temperature once you stop pressing the button.

Press and hold and M Buttons on the heater simultane­ously for 2 seconds to switch the temperature display between Fahrenheit and Celsius settings.

Auto OFF Timer

  • When the unit is on, repeatedly press CLOCK BUTTON on the heater/ remote control to cycle through 01H -> 02H -> … -> 12H ->OOH-> 01H hour timer. When time is up, the unit will automatically turn off. When the timer starts, the AUTO indicator will light up.
  •  To cancel the timer setting, Adjust the timer set to OOH, or turn the unit off or keep pressing the button for 3 seconds.

Oscillation Button

  • When the unit is on, press on the heater  remote control to start oscillating.
  • To stop oscillating, press it again.

Other Features

Auto LED Display Dimming
When the unit is on, the display will dim in 30 seconds without any action.

Tip-Over Protection

  • When the heater is tipped over, the heater will shut off automatically.
  • Place the heater back on a flat, level, and stable surface and remain upright. Then touch the Power ON/ OFF button to turn it on again.

Overheat Protection

  •  When the ambient temperature is above 122°F / 50°C, the unit will stop heating, and the overheat alarm will be triggered with multiple beeps. Please unplug it from the power source and power on again when the ambient temperature drops below 122° F / 50°C.

Memory Function

  • If power is not disconnected and the heater is not lipped over, the heater will always remember your last settings (temperature & working mode) once you turn it on again.

24-Hour Auto Shut Off

  • When the heater has been working for 24 hours continuously without any other operation, it will shut off automatically.

REPLACING OF BATTERIES IN REMOTE CONTROL

  1. Remove the battery box cover along the indicated arrow direction
  2. Replace with two new #7 (AAA 1.5V) dry batteries. Make sure positions for + pole and – pole are correct.
  3. Reinstall the battery box cover

CAUTION:

  •  Replace with new batteries of the same type when replacement is required.
  • When not using the remote control for a long time, please take out the batteries.
  • Do not attempt to dismantle the batteries.
  • Do not dispose of the batteries in the fire: batteries may explode or leak

CLEARING AND MAINTENANCE

It is recommended that the heater be cleaned at least one time during the operating season and before storage in the off-season in order to provide the optimum level of performance. Always disconnect the appliance from the mains by switching it off and removing the plug from the power outlet before cleaning.

  • Tum the heater “OFF” unplug it, and wait for the heater to cool down.
  • Use a soft cloth to gently wipe the outer surfaces of the heater clean gently only.
  • Do not use any cleaning agents or detergents.
  • Never immerse the heater in water and never allow water to drip into the motor housing. Be sure not to wet the Heating Element and the switches.
  •  For storage, you may leave the heater covered to protect it from dust. Store it in a cool, dry location and arrange the cable away from traffic areas so that it will not be tripped over or damaged.

CAUTION:

  • Do not allow water to run into the heater’s interior as this could result in a fire or electric shock hazard.
  • Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized service representative.

| Ensure that your circuit breaker or fuse is working correctly. Ensure your heater is placed on a flat and even surface.

Make sure the thermostat is set at a higher temperature  than  the

room temperature.

Unplugit from the power source and power it on again when the ambient temperature drops below so•c1122•F.

The heater is tipped over.

Place it on a flat, level, and stable surface and remain upright. Then turn it on again.
