Getting Started

1. Place Meal-E on Flat Surface
Meal-E should be placed on a level surface for best measurement results. It could fall down because of your pets. Please place your Meal-E against the waft If you place Meal-E on an uneven surface, it may occur a measurement error. 2. Connect Power Adapter

Introduce Meal-E to your Pet

Sometimes they just need time to get accustomed to new things. If your pet is using the automatic feeder for the first time, it may take time to adapt the motion sound and the dispensing method. We recommend following the below steps to help your pet warm up to Meal-E faster. In order to adapt to the feel and smell of the feeder, feed only when the feeder is not in operation.
During the time with the parents, please feed manually for your pets to adapt the motion sound.

Food Recommendation

Do NOT use conned, wet or moist pet food. Recommended using the feeder for pets after 3 months of age when they can feed dry food
Use around 0.5in food for best dispensing results.
If you mixed two or more brands of food, it is difficult to measure the calories. Please use single-brand food for accurate feeding.

Food Hopper Cleaning & Care

When washing with boiling water, the feeder may be deformed or damaged.
If parts are lost during cleaning, it may not work properly.
Stainless steel bowls and Food hoppers can be washed with water, but the other parts are not allowed to wash with water.
Highly recommend cleaning it regularly for your pet’s health.

Dissembling &Cleaning

Remove the Food hooper from the feeder and place it down on the flat surface.
Disassemble the parts by turning the Food hopper cover in the OPEN direction and cleaning it with warm water and soft clothes or brush.

Assembling

Insert Impeller 2into the Food Hopper
Insert Rotation Stopper 3on the Impeller
Insert Rotation Axis4 on the Rotation Hopper
Insert Flip 5 into the Food Hopper Cover6
Fasten the Food Hopper Cover6 according to the Food Container straight line indicated part
Turn Food Hopper in the CLOSE direction.
Put Food Hopper into the Meal-E and turn Impeller2 to assemble the Food Hopper to be completely seated in the body.

Dry the port thoroughly and install them. If water enters the product it may cause a malfunction.

Stainless Bowl Cleaning

Dissemble the stainless-steel bowl from Meal-E.
Clean by hand-washing using warm and soft clothes or blushes.
Dry completely before assembling.
It is recommended to clean Food Hopper and Stainless-Steel Bowl regularly for the health of your pet.
Please refrain from using it without a stainless-steel bowl. Foreign Substances may enter and cause product failure.

Warning

The feeder must be installed or used by adults.
Do NOT use it when the feeder makes an unusual sound, smoke, and burning smell.
Use in places exposed to dust, heat direct sunlight, or water may cause problems.
If pet feeder ports other than a stainless-steel bowl and food tank is washed with water, it may cause failure.
If an object is placed on a stainless-steel bowl or subjected to impact it may cause the scale to malfunction.
using other bowls which are not provided is prohibited.
When drying the feeder, parts may be lost or pets may swallow, so please be careful.
Do NOT disassemble or repair the unit other than as instructed in this User Guide.
In the event of injuries or health problems to pets during use due to reasons other than the product itself, we inform you that it is irrelevant to us.
Do NOT allow pets to chew on or swallow any parts.
