Explanation of Parts
Display Window
- The battery level is shown from 0~100% in Display Window.
- A single digit number of the battery level blinks when Power Bank is being recharged.
- “ ” appears in Display Window while Power Bank charges a device in high-speed.(Power Delivery or Quick Charge)
- “ ” blinks when Power Bank is wireless charging a device.
- “%” stays lit when Power Bank charges a device in Normal Mode.
- “%” blinks when Power Bank charges a device in Bluetooth Device Charging Mode.
Basic Usage
Start charging
Press Mode Button to start charging the connected device with EXCITRUS
charging cable.
Check the battery level
Press Mode Button to see the current battery level in Display Window.
Check the charging status
Display Window shows charging speed status, battery level and current charging
mode.
Sleep Mode
No action for 30 seconds turns into Sleep Mode and Display Window turns off.
Pressing Mode Button wakes up Power Bank from Sleep Mode.\
Turn off
Press and hold Mode Button for 3 seconds to turn off Power Bank.
Charging Devices
NitroCharge 30 Pro USB-C output supports Power Delivery 3.0 protocol so it charges the Power Delivery supported devices in high speed, such as the recent MacBook Air series, Microsoft Surface series, iPad Pro series, iPhone 11 series, Nintendo Switch, etc. It also supports Quick Charge 3.0 protocol to charge Quick Charge supported devices in high speed.
- Connect the digital device(s) and Power Bank with original cable and then start to charge.
- The maximum charging power is 33W, the real time
- charging power output varies in different charging configurations.
- When multiple devices are charged together, the charging speed of each socket is adjusted lower and the total output becomes up to 25W.
Charging Laptops
- Connect the Laptop to USB-C socket of Power Bank to charge in the high speed.
- Use EXCITRUS 3A USB-C TO USB-C cable in the package for the best charging performance.
- Some laptops may not be charged, especially when multiple devices are charged together, the reasons may vary but usually this happens when the device doesn’t support variable voltage of Power Delivery protocol.
- Some laptops may have USB-C sockets but do not accept USB-C charging. In case laptop cannot be charged by USB-C port, please contact laptop manufacturer.
- Laptops with greater than 30W USB-C input power specification may require longer charging time.
NOTE: “Laptop” means portable laptop computers, including recent MacBook series or Windows computers that come with USB-C charging capability.
Wireless Charging (for enabled devices)
- Press Mode Button on Power Bank.
- Center device on Power Bank.
- “ ” blinks when charging begins.
Bluetooth Device Charging Mode
Bluetooth Device Charging Mode is a special mode for charging Bluetooth headphones or smart watches, which require low input power.
- Connect Bluetooth headphones or smart watches to USB-A / USB-C socket of Power Bank.
- Enter into Bluetooth Device Charging Mode by pressing twice on the Mode button, “%” symbol blinks in the mode.
- Return to Normal Mode by pressing twice on the Mode button. Or it will automatically turn back to Normal Mode in 3 hours, and “%” symbol stops blinking in Normal Mode.
Recharging Power Bank
- Power Bank goes off when the battery level goes to “0”.
- Connect the provided USB-C to USB-C or USB-C to USB -A cable into USB-C socket of Power Bank.
- Connect other end of cable to a power source. 30W (or greater) USB-C type charger is recommended to charge Power Bank at the highest recharging speed.
- Last digit number of the battery level blinks while Power Bank is being recharged.

Attention
- Do not throw, drop or physically damage the product for safety.
- Do not place in a closed or sealed place.
- Avoid storage in high humidity, high temperature or exposure to fire.
- Do not expose the product to direct sunshine or liquids. Please keep the input and output ports clean.
- Make sure people who are inexperienced or mentally and physically disabled do not use the product unless they are offered appropriate supervision or guidance.
- Keep the product out of the reach of children.

Before using the product, please read this user guide carefully.
- Use of a power supply or charger not recommended by EXCITRUS may result in a risk of fire or injury to persons.
- To give your Power Bank the fastest, safest recharge, use a compatible EXCITRUS USB-C PD charger.
- To preserve battery Power Bank lifespan, use and recharge at least once every 3 months.
- Please remove the cable once the power bank is fully charged.
- Please keep the power bank in a cool and dry place. Do not place or use the power bank at high temperature or in sealed or humid environments.

WARNING – When using this product, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:
- Read all the instructions before using the product.
- To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when the product is used near children.
- Do not put fingers or hands into the product.
- Do not expose power bank to rain or snow.
- Use of a power supply or charger not recommended or sold by power pack manufacturer may result in a risk of fire or injury to persons.
- Do not use the power bank in excess of its output rating. Overload outputs above rating may result in a risk of fire or injury to persons.
- Do not use the power bank that is damaged or modified. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.
- Do not disassemble the power bank. Take it to a qualified service person when service or repair is required. Incorrect reassembly may result in a risk of fire or injury to persons.
- Do not expose a power pack to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to fire or temperature above 100°C may cause explosion. The temperature of 100°C can be replaced by the temperature of 212°F.
- Have servicing performed by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the product is maintained.
- Switch off the power bank when not in use.
