Troubleshooting

1. This 7-port USB-C Hub has a maximum bandwidth of 10Gbps. When we connect only one USB-C port, the maximum speed (10Gbps) can be achieved, but when multiple USB-C ports are connected, the bandwidth will be automatically allocated, so less than 10Gbps.
2. AII the four USB C ‘DO NOT’ support display video. The USB C marked with ‘1-6’ are only for data transmission.
3. The seventh USB C is also an output charging port, it can charge other devices with 20W power, and the value on the display screen is the power that can be supplied to charge externally .(The value will fluctuate according to the connection between the hub and other accessories)
4. If the seventh USB C PD port is used to charging any devices (such as cellphones, tablets and earphones), it’s not recommended to connect more than 3 additional USB peripherals. Otherwise, it may lead to disconnection of the last connected peripherals.
5. Please make sure both DC adapter and laptop are connected to the hub. Otherwise, some function may work abnormally.
