Description:
- Audio bypass for the bhi Compact and Dual In-Line noise-canceling units
- Latching switch: In – DSP audio, out – Audio bypass
- 3.5mm mono connections
- Audio power – 5W RMS max
- Includes 2 x 3.5mm mono audio plug leads
Instructions:
The Bypass Switch can be used with both the bhi Dual In-Line and Compact In-Line units. The Bypass Switch enables you to route the audio directly from your radio through to your extension speaker without powering on your bhi unit.
- Connect one end of the 3.5mm plugs lead supplied between the “To DSP” socket on the Bypass Switch and the “Audio In” socket on the Dual In-Line or “Speaker In” socket on the Compact In-Line.
- Connect one end of the other 3.5mm mono plug lead between the “From DSP” socket on the Bypass Switch and the “Audio Out” socket on the Dual In-Line or the “” Phones” socket of the Compact In-Line.
- Connect your passive mono extension speaker to the “Speaker” socket on the Bypass Switch and your radio to the “Radio In” socket on the Bypass Switch using a 3.5mm mono jack plug lead.
- The latching push button switch on the Bypass Switch operates the unit. Press the button in and the audio routes through to your bhi DSP noise-canceling unit (power needs to be applied). Press the button again and the switch returns to the out position and the audio is routed directly between your radio and loudspeaker without going through the bhi DSP noise-canceling unit.
