Instructions
Brief function buttons:
Right scan operations:

Let the pen a little slant, make the pen head interface coincident with the papers.

The middle line is coincident with the middle of the text line and scanned with steady speed.
Power on/off
Long time press on/off button about 3secs.
Restart:
When the pen is on, long time press the on/off button for 3secs then chooses
the “reset” icon on the screen.
Screen operation:
- Touchable and choose functions
- Swiping up or down for full reading
- Swiping left from right: exit
- Swiping right from left: Menu for more functions
Scan Dictionary
The dictionary is mainly for English and Chinese.
Text translation
Sentences translation and pronunciation, this function is working with more
languages under networking.

Audio translation
- This function is used under networking.
- Keep pressing the target/source language button and speaking to it, lose it after speaking is finished. It will speak out the source/target language accordingly.
WIFI connection
Setting – WLAN – on – choose the right WIFI and type in the password for the
connection. After connecting successfully, there will be the WIFI icon at the
top right corner.
Bluetooth connection
Setting – Bluetooth – Bluetooth switches on, then find the right Bluetooth to
match with the pen. When Bluetooth is on, there will be the Bluetooth icon on
the right corner of the pen screen.
The pen Bluetooth name can be changed by choosing the “Device name” and typing
in the name wanted.
USB charging
Please use the configurated USB cable or other type C cable, connected to
charging adaptor DC5V—1A-3A.
Warning
Please choose the 5V charging adaptor, and a better certificated one to
protect the pen.
Computer connecting
Connect the pen to the computer with a configurated USB cable, choose yes on
the pen.
Remarks: for data transfer, the USB must be the pen configurated, normal cable
can be used only for charging.
System reset
Long time press on/off button for 1 Oceans.
Upgrading
When net connecting, follow the steps: setting – system upgrading – checking
updating to download and upgrading.
Safety:
Please read the following safety information carefully before using the pen.
- It is not permitted to use the power/ adapter/battery incompatible or without any certificate, or some dangers may occur, like file, an explosion…
- The pen can be cleaned by some wet soft cloth(or related stuff). But it can not be cleaned by any stuff with corrosive materials. Water, oil, or any other liquid can not be penetrated into the pen head, USB, and earphone jack.
- Don’t use high volume for a long time to prevent possible hearing damage.
- Don’t use it when driving or walking in order to avoid accidents.
- Please use this device in the range of 0’C – 40C, and store the equipment and accessories a temperature range of -10C 60C. When the ambient temperature is too high or too low, ii may cause the device to malfunction.
- Don’t put the device and its battery around the high ambient temperature or heat generating devices, such as sunlight, heaters, microwave, oven, or water heater. Battery overheating may cause an explosion.
- The power outlet should be installed near the equipment and shall be easily accessible when the device is charging.
- Please disconnect the charger from the device and unplug the charger from the power outlet when fully charged or not charged.
- Don’t replace the battery yourself if the device has a non-removable battery, so as not to damage the battery or the device. The battery can only be replaced by an authorized service center.
- Please dispose of the device, batteries, and other accessories in accordance with local regulations,
- Don’t deal with them as household waste. If the battery is disposed of improperly can cause the battery explode.
