Operation instructions
- Charging: Put the earphones into the charging case. The charging case’s green light will turn on while charging, and turn off after fully charged.
- Charging the charging case: Connect with the included Type-C cable to any power source. When charging, the green light will be flashing. After fully charged, the green light will remain on.
- Power off: Put the earphones into the charging case. They will power off automatically.
- Power on: Open the lid of the charging case, the earphones will power on automatically (the green light on the earphones will flash.)
- Pairing: You don’t need to take the earphones out of the case to pair. Turn on the Bluetooth device (mobile phone, tablet, PC) and search for the BT pairing name “BXTWGM01”, then click to connect.
Note: The earbuds will reconnect to the paired device by default. If you
want to pair to a second smartphone, please disconnect the name on the paired
smartphone.
Functions
- Answer calls: Tap the earphone once.
- Reject calls: Long press the earphone for two seconds.
- Hang up: Double tap the earphone while the call is taking place.
- Pause/Play: Tap Left or Right earphone.
- Next song: Double tap Right earphone.
- Last song: Double tap Left earphone.
- Game Mode: Tap three times Left or Right earphone (green lights will turn on). Exit Game Mode to Music Mode: tap three times Left or Right earphone (green lights will turn off).
- Connect to Siri or Google Assistant: Long press Right or Left earphone for 3 seconds.
Note: If the two earphones do not connect with each other after powering them on, please double tap the 2 earphones at the same time. A “dingdong” sound will indicate that the 2 earphones have successfully connected to each other.
Maintenance recommendations
- Regularly clean the product with a dry cloth. The product must be disconnected or switched off when you clean it.
- Keep the connectors and/ or ports free from dust, lint, etc. to prevent improper connections.
- Avoid breaking the device. Do not put objects over it or bend it too strong.
- If the product includes a cable do not bend it too strong and do not pull from it to unplug the product.
- Do not wet the product. Keep it always in a dry place, away from humidity.
- When not using the product, store it in a place free from dust, dirt, lint, liquids, etc.
- If water or other liquids enter the product interior, unplug it immediately from any attached power source or device it is connected to.
- Avoid dropping or hitting the product. It might be damaged.
- Do not use the product for anything other than its intended use.
- Please recycle the product in accordance with local environmental laws and regulations.
