I change it?
The time on your watch requires you to turn on your phone’s Bluetooth, open
the app and then connect to Bluetooth in the app to pair your watch with your
phone. This way the time on your phone will automatically sync to your watch
and there is no need to set it up to change it.
Is it easy to use?
It is relatively easy to use. It is full touch screen. In the main interface,
swipe up and down to change the background image and swipe left and right to
use the relevant functions.
What features does this watch have?
The selling point of this watch is that it has an ECG function, blood oxygen
and blood pressure functions. There are other basic features such as: sleep
detection, heart rate detection, pedometer, multiple exercise modes.
Is this watch waterproof?
Yes, it is. However, we would not recommend wearing it in a hot bath or sauna,
or while swimming in the sea.
How to charge it?
Use the charging base it comes with for charging. (Note that if you feel that
the magnets in the charging base or charging cable repel the watch, you may
have placed the watch in the wrong direction, try reversing the direction of
the watch and the magnets will attract the watch.)
How long does it charge and how long is the battery life?
It takes around 2 hours to fully charge. Usually it can work around 7-10 days
after fully charged. If you open the heart rate 24 hours detection, heart rate
alarm, blood pressure detection, blood oxygen detection and other functions in
the APP at the same time, or frequent detection of ECG will accelerate the
battery power consumption.
What is the purpose of the button on the side of the watch?
That is not a button, it is the sensing area used to measure ECG data.
What functions can my watch use normally without a Bluetooth connection?
steps, sleep, sports, heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, message
alerts, etc. Please note, however, that heart rate, blood pressure and blood
oxygen are not uploaded to the app. The ECG function must be done through the
app. The ECG page that opens in the watch only shows the heart rate value, the
full ECG data must be done through the app.
Is the sleep test accurate? What if there is no data?
The principle of sleep detection is to capture data based on the state of the
wearer. Therefore, first you need to wear it correctly and then be active for
more than 100 steps after waking up before the watch will detect that “you
have woken up”. If you wake up and remain in bed with no activity, you may not
see the sleep analysis report. (Note: The time period for sleep detection is:
6pm that day to 10am the next day.)
Will blood pressure, heart rate and blood oxygen data measured on the watch
appear in the app?
Why doesn’t any HR or BP data show up in my app?
No. The blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen and measured on the watch are
viewed instantly and are not uploaded to the app. They will only appear in the
app when you turn on the auto-detection function. You need to open the “Heart
Rate Monitor”, “Blood Pressure” or “Oxygen Detection” button in the app. The
watch will then automatically detect and display your blood pressure or heart
rate data for the last 7 times in the app. Blood oxygen is automatically
detected at night, but not during the day.
Does this smartwatch accurately measure heart rate and blood pressure?
It is relatively accurate, but the values are for reference only and should
not be used as a professional medical device.
Is my blood pressure of 117/74 normal? What is the normal range of
values?
Hi, your values are normal. The normal range for blood pressure is between
90-135 mmHg systolic and 60-85 mmHg diastolic.
Does this read blood pressure?
You can read your blood pressure data in 2 ways. Firstly, you can turn on the
“blood pressure” function in the watch and then wait for about 15 seconds to
see your blood pressure data immediately. Secondly, you can open the “MAXTOP”
app, click on the small icon in the middle, click on “other settings” and open
“blood pressure”. This function automatically checks your blood pressure data
at regular intervals and uploads the report to the home page of the app, where
you can read it.
What is a normal heart rate? Can I set my own heart rate alarm value?
Hi dear, the average heart rate for adults is 60-100 beats per minute, with an
average of 75 beats per minute. It is normal for people who exercise
consistently for long periods of time or and people who do heavy physical work
for long periods of time to have a lower than normal heart rate. Yes, you can
set your heart rate alarm value in the app according to your health condition
and the watch will alert you if it exceeds the value you set.
How to use the blood oxygen function? What is the normal value?
Hi, after wearing our smartwatch correctly, turn on the blood oxygen function
in the watch and wait for about 10 seconds, a percentage value of blood oxygen
will appear. The majority of people have a blood oxygen level of 95 – 100%.
However, some people live a normal life with blood oxygen levels below 95%.
Slightly lower values while sleeping are expected, and some users might
experience values below 95%.
Can I receive messages from Whatsapp on my watch?
Yes, you can do this by opening the “Message settings” in the “Settings”
function of your watch and turning on the Whatsapp button. In addition to
WhatsApp, you can also choose to open your favorite ones, such as Facebook,
Twitter, Instagram, etc. However, you can only receive the last 3 messages and
if you have already seen the message on your phone, it will not show up on the
watch. If you don’t see your preferred software in it, you can choose to open
“Other”.
I see that there is an ECG function in the watch, what does this function
do?
Hi dear, ECG means electrocardiogram. It is the most basic heart test and is
used to check the heart rate, the rhythm of the heart, the presence of
arrhythmias, premature beats and is Chiemi. The ECG function in our watches
needs to be used in conjunction with an app.
How do I use the ECG function?
Firstly, you need to wear the watch correctly, then open the main page of the
app, click on the ECG function page, press the “Start” button and immediately
place your finger on the ECG sensor button on the side of the watch and the
app will start detecting until it is finished. (Note: there is no need to turn
on any function in the watch before the test, just wear it correctly and place
your finger gently on the ECG sensing area during the test and do not move
your finger or press hard on the sensing area during the test).
What should I do if the ECG shows a test failure?
First confirm that you are wearing the watch correctly, then exit the ECG
page in the APP and re-enter and test again. Relax before the test, take care
not to move your fingers during the test, do not move your wrist and do not
press hard on the ECG sensing area, just place it gently on the sensing area.
If you still fail the test, please contact us and we will upload a video for
your reference.
What if the ECG shows a “lead off”?
It is possible that the contact is poor and if the skin is too dry it can
affect the sensing zone test. You can put a little hand cream or gel-based
product on your wrist before the test and then put the watch on. It is also
possible that you have clicked the ‘Start’ button on the ECG page but have not
placed your finger on the sensing area on the side of the watch in time. You
can exit the ECG page, re-enter and start the test again.
How do I use the SpO2 function and why is there no SpO2 data in my app?
There are 2 ways to check blood oxygen. The first method is to open the blood
oxygen icon in the watch after wearing the watch correctly and wait for about
15 seconds, a test will be available immediately, but this data will not be
displayed in the app. The second method is to open the app after wearing the
watch and turn on the automatic blood oxygen detection button in the other
settings. Once this is turned on, the watch will automatically test from 0:00
pm to 7:00 am the next day and the data will be displayed in the app.
My heart is not good and I like to exercise but I don’t know when to
rest.
It is recommended that you turn on automatic heart rate detection in the app
and set a heart rate alarm value based on your health status so that if you
are exercising with a heart rate that is too fast, the watch will alert you
that you should rest and calm your heart rate. It is also recommended that you
check your ECG data once a week. It is worth noting that turning on the
automatic heart rate detection function can be quite power-hungry.
