Troubleshooting

  • Problem: Vibration noises.
Possible solutions: When the humidification function starts, it produces some vibration noise. It also produces vibration noise when it has too little water because the water pump gets filled with air and starts to vibrate. Fill the water tank with water to stop the noises.

  • Problem: Water turns yellow.
Possible solutions: When the using the humidification function the first time and some uses after the water might change to yellow. This is normal. And it will stop happening automatically after some uses.

  • Problem: The product does not work or does not start.
Possible solutions: The power cable is not connected or is poorly connected. Ensure the power cable is well connected. The power button has not been pressed. Press the power button to turn it on.

  • Problem: Low air flow.
Possible solutions: The filter is filled with dust or dirt. Remove and clean the filter. The air inlet is blocked by an object. Remove the object from the air inlet.

  • Problem: The pump is working but the humidification function is not working.
Possible solutions: The water level in the water tank is too low. Add water to the water tank.
