Take it to a qualified serviceman for examination and repair. The incorrect assembly might result in a risk of electric shock when the appliance is used after reassembly.
- Close supervision is required for any appliance used by or near children. Do not leave the appliance unattended while the appliance is connected.
- Burns can occur from touching hot metal parts, hot water, or steam. Use caution when you turn an appliance upside down – there might be hot water in the reservoir.
- To avoid a circuit overload, do not operate an appliance on the same circuit with another high wattage appliance.
- If an extension cord is absolutely necessary, a cord with an ampere rating equal to or greater than the maximum rating of the appliance shall be used. A cord rated for less amperage can result in a risk of fire or electric shock due to overheating. Care shall be taken to arrange the cord so that it cannot be pulled or be tripped over.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

- Always disconnect the appliance from the electrical outlet, before you leave the room.
- To reduce the risk of contact with hot water emitting from steam vents, check the appliance before each use by holding it away from the body and operating the steam button.
- To reduce the risk of electric shock, this appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. Do not change the plugin anyway.
- To achieve optimal results in sanitizing, gently steam back and forth 3 times in contact with the fabrics.
