Product Overview
Wireless doorbell consists of receiver and transmitter, the receiver is the
indoor unit, the transmitter is the outdoor unit, without wiring, simple and
flexible installation. This product is mainly suitable for the family
residence, the hotel, the hospital, the company, the factory, etc.
According to the power supply mode of the receiver, it can be divided into dc
doorbell and ac doorbell, both the dc and ac doorbell transmitters are
battery-powered:
- DC doorbell: battery powered receiver.
- AC doorbell: the receiver with plug, ac power supply.

Installation
- For AC Receiver: plug the receiver into a mains socket and switch the socket on.
- For DC Receiver: insert 3 AAA batteries into the battery box of the receiver, then put the receiver where you want it.
- For Transmitter: pull out the white insulating strip of the transmitter. Place the transmitter exactly where you intend to fix and, with the doors closed, confirm that the receiver still sounds when you press the transmitter push button, if the doorbell receiver does not sound, you may need to reposition the transmitter or receiver. Fix the transmitter in place with the double sided adhesive tape or screws.

Volume Adjustments
The volume of the doorbell may be adjusted to one of five levels. SHORT PRESS the Volume Button on the receiver to increase the volume by one level, the doorbell will sound to indicate the selected level. If the max. volume is already set, the next level will switch to the min. volume, i.e. Silent Mode.
Change the Ringtone/Pairing
The default ringtone is DingDong, users can change it easily, please refer to the following steps.
- SHORT PRESS the Backward or Forward Button on the receiver to select your favorite music. The receiver will ring the selected music.
- LONG PRESS the Volume Button on the receiver for about 5s, until it makes ONE Ding sound with LED light flashing.
- Press the button on the transmitter quickly within 8s, then the receiver will makes TWO Ding sound with LED light flashing, the setting is completed. This learning mode lasts only 8s, then it will automatically exit.
Remark: This method is suitable for changing ringtone, adding new transmitters and receivers, and rematch.
Clear Settings
LONG PRESS the Forward Button on the receiver for about 5s, until it makes ONE
Ding sound with LED light flashing, all the settings will be cleared, that
means the ringtone you have setted and the transmitters/receivers you have
paired will be cleared.
When you press the transmitter button again, only the first transmitter will
be automatically paired with the receiver, and the others need to be rematch.
For Night Light Doorbell Only
For N20 Series: LONG PRESS the middle Backward Button of the doorbell receiver
for 5s to turn ON/OFF the night light.
For N108 Series: PIR/body motion sensor night light doorbell, automatic ON/OFF
night light. With two dimming modes: human body detection and light control
detection, 7-10m detection distance, 45s delay time to turn off the lights.
Troubleshooting
If the doorbell does not work, the following are possible causes:
- The battery in the transmitter/DC receiver may be run down, please replace the battery.
- The battery may be inserted the wrong way round, polarity reversed. Please insert the battery correctly, but be aware the reverse polarity may damage the unit.
- Ensure that the AC receiver is switched on at the mains.
- Check that neither the transmitter nor the receiver are near to possible sources of electrical interference, such as a power adaptor, or other wireless devices.
- The range will be reduced by obstacles such as walls, although this will have been checked during setup.
- Check that nothing, particularly a metal object, has been placed between the transmitter and the receiver. You may need to reposition the doorbell.
Cautions
- The doorbell receiver is for indoor use only. Do not use outside or allow to become wet.
- There are no user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt to repair either the transmitter or the receiver by yourself.
- Avoid siting the transmitter in direct sunlight or rain.
- Use only high quality batteries.
Warranty
The warranty covers the product to be free from the defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase. The warranty does not cover damage, defect or failure caused by, or resulting from, accidents, external damage, alteration, modification, abuse, and misuse or attempted self-repair. Please keep the purchase receipt.
