SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Never open more than one drawer at once if there are things in the drawers.
- Close the lid and lock the drawers and lid before moving the cabinet.
- Do not mount the product on the back of a lorry or other moving surface.
- Apply the castor brakes when not moving the product.
- Push the product in front of you to move it. Do not drag.

Do not climb, or stand on the product – risk of personal injury.

DESCRIPTION
- Part of Hard Head’s modular storage series.
- Fit together with top cabinet 006398.
- Pull-out, bearing mounted drawers with anti-slip mats.
- Central lock with key.
ASSEMBLY
WHEEL
The cabinet has two swivel and braked wheels and two fixed wheels.

SIDE HANDLE
The side handle should be mounted on the same side as the swivel wheels.
USE
LOCKING/UNLOCKING
The tool cabinet has a central lock that locks both drawers and the lid. To
lock the complete unit, close all the drawers and lid, put the key in the lock
and turn a 1/2 turn anticlockwise. To unlock the unit, put the key in the
lock and turn a 1/2 turn clockwise.
TAKE OUT A DRAWER
- Drawers with ball bearings have black clips. Release the clips by moving the arm on the right hand side of the rail up and the arm on the left side of the rail down and then pull out the drawer. FIG. 2
- Replace the drawer by putting on the rails and pushing it in.
NOTE:
Do not use force to close the drawers – risk of damaging the lock mechanism.
If there is any damage, take out the drawers as above and straighten out
damaged lock lugs or recesses with a screwdriver or pair of pliers. FIG. 3
MAINTENANCE
Lubricate the top and bottom channels on the drawer guides at least twice a year.
