Operating Instructions
PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THE SOLAR LIGHT. SAVE
THIS MANUAL FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
To operate the product during daylight, you need to cover the solar panel.
Please keep the power switch ON to when solar is charging during the day. The
product will not recharge if the power switch is OFF. The lamp has an Ingress
protection rating of (IP44). It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

INSTALLATION
The solar panel MUST be installed in a well-lit location where it can receive
maximum sunlight during daytime hours. Any cover that shades the panel will
affect its ability to absorb sunlight and decrease the amount of brightness
and duration of the LED lights. The lights and solar panel box are all-weather
devices and are not affected by exposure to rain, snow, or temperature. The
string of lights can be hung on tree branches, bushes, roofs, fences, etc.
There is an ON/OFF button that allows you to manually turn on the lights
whenever you want.
There is a MODE button to select between flashing lights or continuous light.
NOTE: The flashing mode will save more energy so the lights will last
longer.
The solar panel box can be placed on the ground by using the pointed stake.
install the stake into the ground until it is firmly in place. If the ground
is too hard, soak the area with water to soften it. Please ensure that the
solar panel is pointed toward the sunlight. At least 6 hours of exposure to
sunlight is required for illumination. The lights can illuminate for 6-7 hours
if the solar panel is charged under optimal lighting conditions.
The solar panel will continue to collect energy on cloudy, rainy, or snowy
days, but the energy collection will be diminished. For example, a bright
cloudy day can provide a minimum of 3 -4 hours of illumination, while a rainy
or snowy day can only provide up to 1-2 hours of illumination.
NOTE: The lights will only work at night. It will not work in a bright
location even you switch it ON, because the photoresistor inside the solar
panel box only activates the light when the levels drop below a certain
threshold (darkness).
OPERATION
- Attach the pointed ground stake to the bottom of the pole (FIG 1).
- Slide the solar panel box onto the top of the pole (FIG 2).
- Press the ON/OFF button on the bottom of the solar panel box to switch the light on (FIG 3).
- Press the MODE button on the bottom of the solar panel box to change the flashing styles (FIG 3).
NOTE
- The LEDs are a permanent part of the light strand and cannot be replaced.
- The LEDs should provide long-term use (approx. 10,000 hours).
