How to Pair

1. For the first time, take out the earbuds from the charging case, remove the insulation films, and put the earbuds back into the charging case.

2. Open the charging case, after a few seconds, the Infilte LED on L&R earbuds will flash together, the earbuds will turn to pair mode.

3. Select “SONG )(under Bluetooth menu on your device. The pairing is successful.

4.  Congratulations, your earbuds are connected successfully. You can choose to use them at TWS Mode or MONO Mode.

5. The next time you use it, open the charging case, it will automatically connect to your device, LED lights will always—on.

6. Connect to a New Device When you want to connect to a new device, disconnect this connection, the earbuds will turn to pair mode.

Power on
-Open the charging case.
Power off
– Close the charging case.
If you are In a call and another call comes
In -Double-tap the L/R earbud to accept the new call and hang up the current call; -Three tap the L/R earbud to keep the current call and reject the incoming call;
Charging
Charge before the first use, remove the insulation films, and put the earbuds back into the charging case.
Charging the earbuds
When low battery, the voice announcement will remind you to charge every 5 minutes. The case indicators will breathe slowly when the earbuds are properly but in charging case and being in charge. LED turns off on the case once the charging Is complete.
Charging the Charging Case
Charging the charging case, you can use the Type-C cable or wireless charger. When the case is in charge, the light on the case will breathe. The indicator light color indicates the battery level of the charging case. The light will turn off once the charging is complete.

Factory data reset

Try to reset as following instructions when two earbuds are unable to connect;

1. Take out the earbuds from the charging case, keep the L&R white light flash together for 5 minutes, and the earbuds turn off.
2. The L&R earbuds do the following operations in turn. Put the earbud into the charging case, dose the charging case, and open it again. The light of the earbud flash slowly. After double tapping the earbud, the light changes to flash giddy. Double-tap again, the light will always be on for one second, Factory data reset is complete. Take out the earbud to keep TWS pairing mode.
3. Then the L&R earbuds will TWS pairing successfully, the light lash will turn to flash slowly together. the earbuds turn to pair mode.

FAQ

1. How to change from Mono Mode to TWS Mode.
   a. When you just only use the right earbud, take out the left earbud from the charging case the music will come out from the left and right earbuds at the same time.
   b. When you just only use the left earbud, take out the right earbud from the charging case the music will come out from the left and right earbuds at the same time.

2. How to change from TWS Mode to Mono Mode.
   a. When you put your right earbud into the charging case, the left earbud will continue playing music.
   b . When you put your left earbud into the charging case, the right earbud will continue playing music.

3. The earbuds cannot reconnect to my device automatically. If your earbuds are connected to several devices before, they will reconnect automatically with the recently connected device.
   a.1f the L&R white light flash together, take out the earbuds from the case, please enter the phone’s Bluetooth menu, search for “SONG X” and connect It.
   b.lf the left and right white light always on, please check, maybe the earbuds are connected to another device automatically. And then, disconnect this connection, the R&L light will flash together, please search and connect it again, if all of this doesn’t work, restore the factory settings.

4. The left and right earbuds can’t pair with each other. Please put your earbuds into the charging case, and then take out them again. They will automatically pair with each other. If it doesn’t work, please restore it.

5. No sound from left/right earbud. Please put your earbuds into the charging case, and then take out them again. If still not solve this problem, please carry out restoring the factory settings(Page 7), and then put your earbuds into the charging case and then take out them again.

6. Can’t turn on my earbuds Please put them into the charging case and charge the case at the same time.
