INTRODUCTION

Thank you for purchasing Switch & Go® T-Rex Muscle Car. Engage your imagination with this tough T-Rex that switches into a super cool muscle car! The T-Rex Muscle Car can also project light which makes him look like he is breathing fire!

WARNING: All packing materials such as tape, plastic sheets, packaging locks, removable tags, cable ties and packaging screws are not part of this toy, and should be discarded for your child’s safety.

INSTRUCTIONS

Battery Removal and Installation

  1. Make sure the unit is turned OFF.
  2. Locate the battery cover on the bottom of the unit. Use a screwdriver to loosen the screw. Then, remove the cover.
  3. If a depleted battery is present, remove it by pulling up on one end of the battery.
  4. Install a new AA (LR6/AM-3) battery following the diagram inside the battery box. (The use of new alkaline batteries is recommended for maximum performance).
  5. Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw to secure.

WARNING:
Adult assembly required for battery installation. Keep batteries out of reach of children.

IMPORTANT: BATTERY INFORMATION

  • Insert batteries with the correct polarity (+ and -).
  • Do not mix old and new batteries.
  • Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable batteries.
  • Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used.
  • Do not short-circuit the supply terminals.
  • Remove batteries during long periods of non-use.
  • Remove exhausted batteries from the toy.
  • Dispose of batteries safely. Do not dispose of batteries in fire.
RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES:
  • Remove rechargeable batteries from the toy before charging.
  • Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
  • Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.

PRODUCT FEATURES

  1. Off/Low Volume/High Volume Selector
    To turn the unit ON or adjust the volume, slide the switch to LOW / HIGH . To turn the unit OFF, slide the switch to OFF

  2. Head Trigger
    Tilt the HEAD TRIGGER back to hear fun phrases, dinosaur facts and cool dinosaur sounds in Dino mode. Inm ehicle mode, tilt the head to hear funphrases and great vehicle sounds. The light projection will show with the response.

  3. Motion Sensor
    Move the T-Rex to hear wild dinosaur sounds and phrases in Dino mode. In Vehicle mode, roll the muscle car to hear cool vehicle sounds.

  4. Automatic Shut-Off
    To preserve battery life, the unit will automatically turn off after approximately 30 seconds without input. The unit can be woken up again by tilting the Head Trigger, or by switching the unit between Dino and Vehicle modes. The unit will also automatically turn off when battery power is very low.

HOW TO SWITCH BLAZE

  1. Dino mode.
  2. Separate the tail by rotating the tail sections toward the head.
  3. Pull the arms up and toward the head.
  4. Pull the legs towards the head.
  5. Vehicle mode.

NOTE
To switch the unit back into a dinosaur, follow the above steps in reverse order.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

  1. Keep the unit clean by wiping it with a slightly damp cloth.
  2. Keep the unit out of direct sunlight and away from any direct heat sources.
  3. Remove the batteries if the unit will not be in use for an extended period of time.
  4. Do not drop the unit on hard surfaces and do not expose the unit to moisture or water.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If for some reason the unit stops working or malfunctions, please follow these steps:

  1. Turn the unit Off.
  2. Interrupt the power supply by removing the batteries.
  3. Let the unit stand for a few minutes, then replace the batteries.
  4. Turn the unit back On. The unit should now be ready to use again.
  5. If the unit still does not work, insert a new set of batteries.
